Material and labour for cutting of road/ hard standing up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of cable protection pipe including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 and block top with black bituminous upto existing surface level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying as in repair 80mm bore GI pipe light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches or fix on wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix in replacement PVC insulated Aluminium conductor twin core service cable ISI marked of size 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular swaged poles (9 to 11 meter long) with good neck brackets including junction box, GI pipe and light fittings i.e HPSV/HPMV any rating and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including cleaning the acrylic cover and painting with black to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and marking pole numbers with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L as in repair earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers earth pit surrounded by picked layer of coal dust and 15 mm thick mixture in equal ratio of magnesium sulphate & copper sulphate in all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate NO 5 of SSR Part I (1991) and connecting to earthing test point, including CI cover, frame and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and framing including necessary earth work etc, complete all as specified Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one meter away from building shall be provided in slanting manner. Note :- PCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg (sqm in liew of CI)

All as per item No 28 here in before but using galvanised iron strip 25x4mm as earthhing lead

M&Las in repair for 4mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour as in repair for galvanised iron strip 25 X 4 mm with saddles and fixing screws and connected as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting to worn out cable off size from main control panel /LT over head line/UG line cutting worn out portion and reconnecting including suitable size of aluminium lugs & thimbles ,nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.) Note : Excavation of necessary earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement load line vertical distribution board 'A' frame made out of CRCA sheet,double door, surface mounting TPN 4 way 415 volts 200 Amps rated bus bar and stove enamels dust and vermin proof suitable forTP/FP 'A' frame MCCB of 125 Amps =01 No MCB for outgoing comlete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- MCB shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB distribution board with Bus bar 200A neutral link , earth bar made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface mounting SPN 8 way 230 volts double door type regal gray horizontal type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- MCB shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB distribution board with Bus bar 200A neutral link , earth bar made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface mounting SPN 12 way 230 volts double door type regal gray horizontal type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- MCB shall be measured and paid seperately.
