Notes for item No 86.00: (a) Stores required for repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.
(b) Cost of replacement of worn out cables/ wires etc. including all required tools, ladders, and all other incidental operations required for execution of maintenance work shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
(c) Adequate resources shall be deployed by the contractor for attending and rectifying the complain being an essential departmental requirement.
(d) All the T&P items like minimum eight feet height aluminium folding ladder with self supported, drill machine with bits of all sizes shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost at the time of commencement of work, failing which a sum pof Rs 500.00 per day shall be recovered from the contractor. Tool Bags required for attending the complaint shall also be issued by contractor to the tradesman.
(e) All the stationery i.e complaint register, job card dockets and other connected register related to the work shall be arranged and to be maintained by the contractor/ his Rep without any extra cost to Govt.
(f) All complaints shall be attanded and rectified within 08 Hours including Saturday/Sunday/ Holiday, after intimation by Engr-in-Charge/JE in Charge verbely/Telephonically or by any other mean, failing which, Contractor shall be panelised @ Rs. 400/- per complaint per day.

Notes for item No 86.00 (Contd…): (g) For any nature of complaint related to electric appliances other than complaint maintained here in before, shall also required to be done by the person employed as directed by the concern JE E/M. Failing which a penalty @ of Rs 200.00 Per complaint shall be recovered from Contractor's dues.
(h) Any minor stores required for rectification of electric complaints other than item mentions in CA as provided by the department shall also required to be fixed by the persons employed under subject CA without any extra cost to Govt.
(j) Cost of all consumable items like cotton waste, PVC insulation tape, nut bolts, screws shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
