Material and Labour for Supply, fabrication ,Installation, Balancing and Commissioning and fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducts/ elbows as per site requirement with supports as per IS 655-2010 complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as site requirements of following sheet thickness complete as required at site all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Supply, fixing in replacement of powder coated extruded aluminum rectangular diffusers complete with black anodized extruded aluminum VCD (wherever specified), nuts, bolts, screws etc.complete old(refixed) and new as required at site all as specified and directed.

(a) Supply air diffusers of required sizes with volume control damper. (610MMX610MM)

Material and Labour for Supply & Fixing of powder in replacement coated extruded aluminum supply & return grilles complete with nuts, bolts, screws etc. to make the system complete, complete old(refixed) and new as required at site all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Supply and installation of thermal insulation material for non-exposed Ducts with closed cell class o nitrile rubber elastomeric insulation of density 40-60 Kg/m3 thermal conductivity of 0.033-0.038 W/mk and µ=7000 (k-flex st) to be applied on ducts using manufacturers recommended rubber based adhesive as per the approved specification the material should be from global approved & UL approved for old(refixed) and new ducts as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for ducting supports, bracings, hangers,(as per IS-655) clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts ,washers ,welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including removing of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of flexible fire retardant canvas connector cloth including removing of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Chiller TYPE coil with fins, 220cm X 170cm coil area, GI coil casing / blank offs, coil section with 4 row with single number of distributers, copper tube material, 12.7mm tube dia, 25 SWG/ 0.5 mm thickness of tube, 4 RD cooling, coil copper head. Note :- (i) Contractor shall carried out complete pump down the system with recovery unit and take all refrigerent Gas from the system in refrigerent bottle with recovery unit and store at safe place for reuse. (ii) Contractor shall arrange necessary T &P and experience technician to carring out cutting of existing copper pipe lines from expansion valves to AHU Coils and supply and fixing with addition alteration to new copper tubing as recommended by OEM. (iii) Cost of following works shall also deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor:- (a) Charging of nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure / leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of AHU Coil and cutting and addition alteration with copper tuning. (b) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any. (c) Charging of complete system with R - 22 gas stored in bottle recover from system for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi & LP - 65 psi. (d) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of package unit and maintain temperature as per required at site. (e) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion.

Dismantling gypsum ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc of size up 4 ft X 4 ft and S & F same type gympsum ceiling board complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm, fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm, suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm, fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level, fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size, 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 4.00 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (E Board), designer pattern, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing false ceiling of 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum board conforming to IS 2095 including providing and fixing frame work made out of special sections power pressed from MS Sheet and galvanised in accordance with zink coating and consisting of angle cleat of size 25 mm wide X 1.8 mm thick with flange of 22 mm and 37 mm at 1.2 mtr C/C , Angle fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 40 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25x25x5 mm running @1.2 mtr C/C to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm , shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to GI Channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 130 mm long GI wire at every in including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channel 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall / partition with the help of rawl plug at 450 mm c/c with 25 mm long screws @ 230 mm internal including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edge the gypsum board with filler and finish with POP as per approved colour, paper tapes including making opening for light fittings ,AC grills, diffusers cut outs made with frames of perimeter channels complete in plain horizontally / vertically location including applying coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of approved primer on gypsum board false ceiling horizontally / vertically as specified (at ceiling height up to 8 mtr appx) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Duct insulation with 25mm thick Nitrile Rubber insulation of class "o" fire retardant with Mechanical protection over insulation with fiber glass cloth & UV paint (for exposed duct) for Ducts installed outside, (exposed to sunlight) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for insulation of MS pipe 40 mm bore heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceiling etc including PUF insulation and aluminium cladding including taking out/ down of existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit of any capacity, cleaning, servicing, overhauling to all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding/ brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro Filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, complete replacement of foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages, fabrication of bottom GI tray of existing size with drain pane made out of 16 gauge thick GI Sheets duly painted with bituminous paint over interior surface of tray, re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position using new nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, with and including testing, commissioning of Air handling Unit at optimum efficiency, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for maintenance of AHU supply panel / feeder pillar/LT panel indoor/outdoor type including removing the carbonized/melted sparked thimbles, cleaning the carbonized bus bar making cable ends fresh and supply and crimping new thimbles/lugs and fixing the cable on bus bar/MCCB/Main switch/MCB including providing new nut bolts and washer if required greasing the doors of feeder pillar/LT panel outdoor/indoor type complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement 10000 litres capacity triple layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening covers of AHU, descaling of the AHU coil to bring down the high pressure, cleaning of the dust particles formed on the coil system with diluted 'ASFOCLEAN' chemical or Caustic Soda by pouring on the coil with leg pump or mechanical system till the clearing of the dust on the coil as primary wash and using detergent powder or surf water as final wash, testing complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning inside surface of Air supply return/exhaust ducts all grills, dampers & diffusers of HVAC system by using high power vacuum air compressor, robotic camera air hammer, special nozzle, air sweep with other required accessories giving/showing inspection of dust before and after cleaning of duct upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (A) The contractor is responsible for any damage/breakage caused at the time of cleaning and the contractor will repair/replace the same without any extra cost to the Govt. (B) The mesurement of cleaning of Duct shall be mesured as per the room area the duct is feeding.
