Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in Chajja, RCC parapet, Chullah hood, chimney portion and similar work concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and including scaffolding and all necessary arrangement including removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note :( See the site before quotating rate and height of bilding up to 4 Storey and rate include necessary scaffolding ) .

Dismantling of Loose concrete cover from celing surface/chajja , balcony beam column including derusting of steel reinforcement and preparing the surface by cleaning dirt etc and applying chemical admixture over reinforcement and plastering the surface in two layer using chicken wire mesh before applying first layer. First layer of rendering is done upto surface of existing thickness of concrete in CM 1:3 and second layer 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 including three coat of whitewash to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note :(1) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of all scaffolding, props and shuttering, chicken wire mesh, chemical admixture and other T & P (2) The working area shall exc 1.50 Sqm. (3) For working in qtrs plastering shall be done in phase manner to avoid vacation of qtrs. Note :( See the site before quoating rate and height of building up to 4 Storey) .

M&L framed work such as brakets for chajjas, door chowkhat, door, cooler stand and similar work using framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.410 W (Gde-E-250) including cutting holes in brick work and grouting for RCC (1:2:4) work and fixing angle for any position complete all as specified and directed.
