Supply only in replacement central geared elect motor 3 phase, 415 Volt, AC 50 Hz supply having capacity of maximum lifting weight up to 1500 Kgs with built in reduction gear and limit switch operating by means of operated switch including cable etc. suitable for rolling shutter of size from 12 Sqm to 25 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Supply only in replacement bevel gear box as per existing make and size heavy duty suitable for geared rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement limit switch lever operated, 230 volts, 10 Amp rated capacity having 1 No + 1 NC connector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement helical spring made out of high tensile steel wire, factory made as per existing make, model and size complete all as directed.

Supply only in replacement MS coupling male and female duly bore with key and key slot and nut & bolt with washer (as per existing) suitable for any size, existing rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement MS rubberized top wheels including ball bearing for main sliding gate as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement steel rack and pinion gear having 25 teeth welded with shaft and pinion as per existing make, model, size and shape complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down the unserviceable elect motor 3 HP, 415 volts, AC supply from MS wall mounted frame of rolling shutters, carrying to the local workshop and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge including varnishing etc. and refitting at site to rolling shutter frame to its original position including testing on load all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement unserviceable key type three step (Up, Down and stop) switch to operate any size of rolling shutter, electrically as per existing make & model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and testing in replacement manual gear boxes, upper and lower with chain wheel and handle chain up to 6mtr long MS rod for operating rolling shutter, manual type complete including replacement of all consumables items such as bearing, gear wheel, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing old unserviceable rolling shutter any size, motorized/manually operated including side rails, top cover motor etc and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement, new rolling shutter made out of 1.25 mm (18 SWG thick) MS Laths/side guides made out of 100 X 25 X 3.15mm MS section/bottom lock plate made out of 2.50mm MS stripes with MS angle iron of size 35 X 35 X 5 mm at the bottom/top brackets made out of 5mm thick MS plate/main top/shaft made out of heavy duty MS seamless pipe (without springs) duly covered with top cover made out of 20 SWG thick joint less GI sheet and all accessories duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer all as per standard engineer practice/site requirement, gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain including making goods to all disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (Make of Shutter:- RAMA/PRAKASH) Note:- (a) The cost of transportation of rolling shutter from factory to site shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of item. (b) The rates are included for demolition and cement/concrete/brick work which is required at site for replacement of rolling shutter.

Taking down the existing old unserviceable rolling shutter any size, motorized/manually operated including side rails, top cover motor etc and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement, new rolling shutter made out of 1.25 mm (18 SWG thick) MS Laths/side guides made out of 100 X 25 X 3.15mm MS section/bottom lock plate made out of 2.50 mm MS stripes with MS angle iron of size 35 X 35 X 5 mm at the bottom/top brackets made out of 5 mm thick MS plate/main top/shaft made out of heavy duty MS seamless pipe (without springs) duly covered with top cover made out of 20 SWG thick jointless GI sheet and all accessories duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer all as per standard engineer practice/site requirement, manual operated type without gear including making goods to all disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (b) The rates are included for demolition and cement/concrete/brick work which is required at site for fixing of rolling shutter.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface including scrapping down existing paint on rolling shutter and re-painting of rolling shutter with two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out MS sliding gate up to 7.3 mtr long and 2.3 mtr high and cutting/demolition surface or road for removing the unserviceable MS rail track channel of sliding gate with running wheel 05 Nos at top rubberised roller consisting bearing 38 Nos and bottom roller 02 Nos, motor with gear assembly etc and Supply, fixing and installation of new MS rail track channel, running wheel 05Nos, top small roller 38 Nos and bottom roller 02 Nos including replacement of MS sliding gate track channel up to 14 Mtr approx 160 Kg as per existing size with limit switch 02 Nos as per existing make and model and re-installation of existing sliding gate including painting of gate with two coats of existing colour and making good to disturbed surfaces and servicing/repair of existing gear box and motor in authorised work shop including applying grease on all movable parts complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Contractor is advised to visit the site before quoting the rate. (b) Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed o be inclusive of all minor parts, Nuts, bolts and washers of any size & other consumable items costing up Rs 1500/- and transportation, T&P etc complete.
