M&L in replacement for Ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class-K-9 (IS-8329-2000) suitable for tyton joints/flanged end , in any length, laid in trenches/pillar for existing water pipe line diversion complete of following bore of pipe Make : Jindal/TATA/ Electrosteel castings ltd

S&F GI coated MS flange of 8mm thick with suitable size drilled holes and suitable for screwing in GI pipe of following size including taking out the unserviceable MS flange :-

M & L for augering of holes in true horizontal position under road (by trench less method) by means of mechanical rig covering in route up to 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 30mtr long for passing the water pipe lines of up to 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of hard standing upto suitable thickness by deploying hitachi machine/manual chiseling for fixing of any size/diameter pipe and filling with ready mix cement concrete and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for refixing the interlocking tiles taken out during excavation from the surface after placing the pipe in trench and making good complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making holes in existing wall of any thickness for passing through water supply pipe line up to dia 250 mm and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of existing CI/DI pipe up to 200 mm and new connection in existing position for branch connection including lead joint/tyton ring complete with insertion of CI/DI specials of size 200 mm along with flange,nutbolt,washers and welding work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of GI water mains up to 80 mm and new connection in existing position for branch connection including lead joint/tyton ring complete with insertion of GI fitting of suitable size along with flange,nutbolt,washers and welding work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F CP Soap dish of Make-AKP-35731P of Jaquar or equivalent in kohler/parryware complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing SFRC manhole cover size 1200mm x 600mm x 70mm thick with MS frame on manhole complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor will provide manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame.

Taking out old unserviceable LT underground cable of any size from trenches, ducts, pipes etc. including necessary disconnection of the LT cable from LT Panels, poles etc and including cutting of the LT cable for re-routing as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Boring of holes under road/pavement / hard standing by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including inserting of HDPE pipe of 150mm dia and jointing materials complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary approval shall be obtained from user unit before commencing the boring work.

Supply & jointing heat shrinkable end termination joint kit suitable for LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE cable of size 300/185 Sq mm 3.5 core complete with treating of cable to make ready for jointing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make :3M /Denson/Raychem
