M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of interior primer and 2mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer and 2mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing the old surface of wall by washing down and rubbing and removing all loose layers of old treatment, efflorescence , soot and moss by wire brush and filling all nail holes and patches with cement wall putty and applying one or more coat of oil bound distemper on patches to bring the whole surface at par and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, wall, roof (corrugal) surface, by brooming and removing all loose layers of old treatment, efflorescence soot and moss by wire brush and filling all nail holes and patches with cement based wall care putty and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Asian Apex Ultima or equivalent of make specified in PS. Note: Quoted rates shall deemed to be includs painting at any height including scaffolding work, as required.

M&L for preparation of pathway/Flooring (Over Interlocking/Chequired tile surface) or any type of surfaces old/New or any position and applying one coat of floor paint of superior quality complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Asian/Berger/Indigo.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, below tiles for levelling of existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Glazed coloured Vitrified tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles Not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 jointing and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for 16 mm thick Sand stone cladding/Facing tiles gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform Size, colour of each stone polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment between two stone for wall any height over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from frame) area not exc 1.50 Sqm each including builder hardware fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 18.00 here in Before but area exc 1.50 Sqm & not exc 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1.00 Sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm each leaf including builder hardware fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in Repair powder coated aluminium anodised section 40 x 44mm x14 gauge for aluminium partition wall in wall in panel 1m x1m covered with 5mm thick plain/frosted tinted glass on top half portion and 5 mm thick ACP sheet fixed in half bottom portion including V beading at Aluminium Grill edges complete all as specfied and directed.

S & F factory made UPVC colour casement (Openable) Door with frame as per reqd size made of extruded profile wilh wall thickness of 2.3mm ( +/-0.2mm). shutter profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. Supply and fixing factory made UPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Panelling consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame acomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L false ceiling using powder coated grid system of GI modular grid size 600 x 600 mm with runner 38x24x07 mm cross tee 25x24x0.7 mm and wall angle 24x24x7-8 mm thick PVC laminated Gypsum tiles of size 600 x 600 mm of different designs with rear side MPL film fitted in the grid, grid system hanges by 6 mm dia GI wire to purlin, trusses; RCC slab of the roof etc. with hold down clips, butterfly clips, height fixtures etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10 mm thick toughened frosted glass door shutters of size area exc 1.50 Sqm but not exc 3 Sqm, including necessary floor spring hydraulically regulated, other side fixed on pivot CP fittings and fixtures, CP handles 300 mm long, CP locking arrangement, necessary cutting & holes moulding and fixed including engraving, emblem and lattering not exc 200 mm complete as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in repair 18 to 20 mm thick Granite slab (Zed Black) work (table rubbed and polished), in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite & half curving the edges of granite stone slab, over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of old stone slab complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair of Modular wardrobe,cupboards, cabinets, drawers , shelfs, vanity , dressing table including shutters ( depth of 45 Cm up to 70 Cm) etc , all front side, bottom, top, two sides and partions etc made out of 15-18 mm thick HDHMR board and back side made out of 8 - 10 mm thick HDHMR board (Action tesa or equivalent ) with machine pressed 0.5 to 0.8 mm thick fabric/glossy colour laminate on all exposed front side and other sides decorative laminations . All exposed edges of boards with machine pressed edge band 0.8mm from rehau Germanetc (colour of laminates , design & paterns of partations/ etc as approved by GE) including all accessories of fittings - Auto/soft closing hinges for shutters , C/J gola profile for handel less, telescopic channels 18'' / 20'' long , rollers for smooths sliding of drawers, etc as required complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Overall net size front side including frame will be measured for payment purpose)

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings includind forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep as per approved pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of spalled concrete form RCC surfaces (Such as ceiling, beams, columnms, parapets, chajjas etc) in the following stage :- (a) Preparation of existing surface like chipping of unsound weak/ loose concrete with electric hammer or manually including tapping all edges, making squre shoulder of cavities etc not exc 50 mm thickness, removal of debrises complete all sqfd. (b) Applying rust remover cum passivators sikka rust off 100 @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm/each coat as per manufacture instructions to remove rust from existing reinforcement (make : - Sika or equivalent) (c) Mixing and applying two components epoxy resin concrete bonding coat of sikadur (R&B 42)- @0.40 Kg/ Sqm (Mixing proportion as per manufactures instructions) including preparation of surfaces by chipping and thoroughly cleaning of surfaces complete wherever required over New reinforcement (if required) and as directed by EIC (make: sika or equivalent) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid saprately. (d) Applying a prebached one component polymer modified cementious patch repair mortar N, exc 50 mm in layers of 15 mm thick each of product silka mono Top 122 F as per manufacturer instructions to match the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, lintels, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 6 storey building including removing of small trees shrubs etc all as specified and as directed.
