Supply installation testing and commissioning factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) outdoor type plateform mounted suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hzs AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Alluminium bus bar 1200 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and virmin proof IP 65 cass protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6 mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer inside, front opening type with provisions for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement including probision of 65mm godrej freedom lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 Sqmm. The Panel shouild be suitable in and including civil work for panel foundation with PCC (1:2:4) at suitable height and including the following :- (A) Main Incoming : ACB with microprosessor release based,100% ICS=100% ICU, 800 A 4 pole, 415 volt -01 Nos (B) Outgoing Main MCCB 4P 500A with microprosessor release based,100% ICS=100% ICU, 50 KA - 01 No (For lighting) (i) Outgoing MCCB TPN 100Amps with thermal magnetic release based,100% ICS=100% ICU, 25KA - 3 No. ( for AC) (ii) Outgoing MCCB TPN 63 Amp with thermal magnetic release based,100% ICS=100% ICU 16 KA - 1 Nos (GF Flr AC) (C) Metering, indication (i) Set of RYB phase indication lamps - 01 set of three (ii) Digital type Multimeter CTs , PTs and selector switch (D) Terminal connection between busbar and switchgear shall be insulated aluminium strip with colour code. (i) one set of 1000 amps copper bus bar with PVC sleeve with minimum clearance of 25mm is required between phases and between phase & earth. Note :- Before execution of work the drawing of LT Panel shall be got approval by GE.

M&L for earthing complete with copper plate 300×300cm ×3 mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. copper plate connected with 25×3mm copper strip by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Copper strip shall be laid in 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) 25 x 3 mm copper strip. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel TMT bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia mild steel TMT bars suitable for carrying of pit cover.

S&F in replacement earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in coduit/ any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. As required of size 25x3mm copper strip complete as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m depth & not exceeding 1.5m in width over energised LT cables for carrying out brick work for protection of cable duct including for taking out and relaying of LT Cables complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 41.00 but in hard / dense soil.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying dry fine sand for cushioning of underground cable laid in trenches/duct complete all as specified and directed. Note - Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of old unserviceable GI pipe medium grade of 80 mm dia including GI fittings laid in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed
