M&L machine cut granite stone slab 16-18mm thick dressed true and square, in one length not less than opening size in Door / window in jambs & cill & length will be as per the length of cill & jamb of Door/windows), etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in mortar & over & including cement screed base 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab including rubbing and mirror polishing and moulding complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F as in repair mineral fibre ceiling boards 15 mm thick, 600 mm x 600 mm size including grid 25 x 25 x 1.6 mm thick GI powder coated wall angles and 25 x 35 x1.6mm size T runner suspended at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross T runner of 25 x 35 x 1.6mm size suspended at 600 mm centre to centre supported by 2 mm dia GI wire from roof/ slab including wall angle and T with interlocking arrangement as required for framing grid suitable for module size 600 mm x 600 mm ceiling etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for GI metal false ceiling lay in plain regular edge white color tiles of size 595X595X0.5mm thick with 8mm drop made of GI sheet having galvanizing of min 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive ) & electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns(min) including factory painted after bending ceiling grid shall be following min sizes: main T section (24X38X0.3mm 3m long), Cross T section (24X25X0.3mm 6m long), wall angle (24X24X0.3mm 3m long), hanger rod 4mm dia, Adjust clip (85X30X0.8mm), soffit cleat (27X37X25X1.6mm), Dash fastener (12.5 mm dia) including dismantling of old frame/ grid work & ceiling board any type, size & position etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including removal of rubbish out side the premises complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on any face of brick wall or concrete surface in Cement Mortar (1:6) finished fair & even without using extra cement etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on ceiling surface in Cement Mortar (1:3) finished fair & even without using extra cement etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down of chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each including builder hardware fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from frame) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each including builder hardware fitting & MS grill for window and making good damaged surface all around opening using cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 & finished the surface to match with adjucent wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium window using 63mm X 38mm X 1.6mm chowkhats with 45mm X 45mm X 1.6mm openable section as in shutter including 4.00mm thick glass panes of approved make with aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass and including builder hardware such as aluminium handles 100mm - 02 Nos, tower bolts 100mm - 02 Nos, hooks and eye 150mm - 02 Nos, butt hinges 100mm - 04 Nos etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The window to be fixed to wall after making good the cill & jambs (necessary plastering to wall & ceiling & PCC/Plastering at cill) & finishing the surface to match the existing & rubber packing around the outer frame of window. The rate deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

S&F powder coated aluminium fixed window/ partition of approved design using 63 mm x 38mm x 1.6mm frame work with 4.0 mm fixed thick glass including aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass, area of each panel not exc 1.20 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The window to be fixed to wall after making good the cill & jambs (necessary plastering to wall & ceiling & PCC/Plastering at cill) & finishing the surface to match the existing & rubber packing around the outer frame of window. The rate deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

S&F powder coated of any colour anodised aluminium frame, with partially glazed shutters, single/ double leaf divided into two glazed panels including aluminium powder coated snap beading and rubber gasket/lining for fixing of glass as directed complete all as specified and as directed. The frame and shutter will be made out of the following sections:- (a) Aluminium powder coated door frame 63mmx44.45mmx1.60mm fixed with aluminium trust bolt in walls by drilling as directed (b) Aluminium powder coated side rail of shutter section 85mm x 44.45mm x 1.6mm (c) Aluminium powder coated top rail of shutter section 83.5mm x 44.45mm x 1.6mm (d) Aluminium powder coated middle rail of shutter section 114.30mm x 44.45mm x 1.6 mm (e) Aluminium powder coated bottom rail of shutter section 101.60mm x 44.45 x 1.60 mm (f) Aluminium powder coated tower bolt 200 mm long - 02 Nos in each leaf of Make as approved. (g) Aluminium powder coated handle 250 mm long - 02 Nos in each leaf of approved Make as approved.

(h) Stainless Steel butt hinges 100 mm long - 02 Nos in each leaf. (j) Glass Panel shall be 4 mm thick tinted glass. (k) 12mm thick prelaminated particle board laminated both side exterior grade and lock including complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 3mm thick wall care birla putty & sand papering etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified & as directed.

(xi) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.
