M&L rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete, external surfaces of walls finished and even & fair complete all as specifed & as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof Exterior emulsion paint of colour & shade as approved (Colour scheme shall be as approved by the GE & user) over a coat of exterior primer and 2 mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surface by brooming and removing all loose layers of old treatment, efflorescence soot and moss by wire brush and filling all nail holes and patches with cement based wall care putty and applying one coat of weather proof Exterior emulsion paint of colour & shade as approved (to match with the Existing surface) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rates shall deemed included painting at any height including scaffolding work, as required.

M&L for preparation of old kerb stone surface, by brooming and removing all loose layers of old treatment, efflorescence soot and moss by wire brush and filling all nail holes and patches with cement based wall care putty and applying one coat of weather proof Exterior emulsion paint of colour & shade as approved (to match with the Existing surface) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rates shall deemed included painting at any height including scaffolding work, as required.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings including forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep as per approved pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh any type from TMT Bar/Fencing post complete all as spd & directed.

Dismantling posts / struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete / brick masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in post hole (similar hole) each N Exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling and ramming earth or brocken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25 CM watering and removing surplus soil to a distance N Exc 50 M and making good surface complete all as specifide and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel joist channel angle for posts and struts in fencing, gate including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0.

M& L Plain Cement Concrete Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate)in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing Weight Not exc 4.00 Kg/Sqm, of any type.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer on new Steel Surfaces width or girth exc 10cm including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old Steel Surfaces width or girth exc 10cm including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of soil / mud from the rain water harvesting pits / drain and getting out from any depth of any type of soil and removal and spreading of excavated material from the site within the MoD land to a distance not exceeding 1000 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of open/covered drain and hume pipes culverts etc and the like of any type, size of any description for silt/earth accumulated due to storm water and spreading the cleaned earth where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cover slabs to be removed and refixed after cleaning with cement mortar (1:4) where covered drain exist.

Cutting of bushes, weeds, vegetation etc removing all the waste to a distance exceeding 250mtr from drain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block for holdfast etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 45 cm of girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds etc.

S& F in repair 75mm thick factory made SFRC manhole/ drain covers of approved shape & size complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Polycrete or equivalent.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L use and waste form work to sides and soffits of floor, roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, over hangers etc also splays between floor and beam etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (Nominal Mix) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate slabs supported on walls, beams, and columns, in floors, roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for MS TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia and conforming to Fe 500 or Fe 550D complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for MS TMT bar 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia and conforming to Fe 500 or Fe 550D complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floor, aprons etc and including disposal of all debris exc 1.5 KMtr not exc 5 Km.

M&L for 100 mm PCC type D -2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm PCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete including dismantling of old paver block tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete incl dismantiling of old existing paver block tile all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over 15 mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in riser, steps and skirting jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M&L for heavy duty coloured (approved colour) fully vitrified paving tiles of size 400mmx400mmx11 to 12mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete incl dismantiling tiles with cement mortar bedding all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C1, using (20mm graded aggregate) as in Plinth protection and finished the surface fair & even without using extra cement, laid in panel , including filling the joints with sand mixed with bitumen in 1:1 ration complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin repair Kerb stone of 300x300x 100mm thick precasted plain cement concrete type B0 , 1:2:4 , using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate incl earth work for laying kerb stones.

S&F in repair precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 25 mm thick type B0 1:2:4, set in CM 1:4 (measured solid), including all mouldings cmplete all as specified and directed..

S&F factory made WPC railing combining WPC railing combining WPC Board/Fancy designer type grating and WPC frame 100% solid PVC (wood polymer composite) railing of required length and of 600 to 750 mm height, and 24 mm Thick compising of K- Value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) , Calcium carbonate and natural fibres (Wood Powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and Non toxic additives, made from single extrusion process, WPC foam board with having minimum density 650 Kg/cbm and WPC frame having minimum density 780 Kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, having a good screw holding capacity (Screw withdrawal strength of 2000 (Face) & 1100N (Edge), Minimum comprosing of 50 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance of speed of flame of Class A Category with property of being termite/ borer free water/ moisture proof and fire resistance. For WPC railing WPC Jalli to be fixed with WPC frame of size 75 x 50 mm with necessary supporting length at vertical as well as horizontal at wall frames to be fixed with 75 x 75 mm GI L or SS Cleats to support vertcal frame length including demolition of existing RCC Jallii with frame complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Rajshri or Equivalent as approved by GE). Note:- The said item shall be fixed over boundary wall/ roof tops and in any other position as required on site.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame acomplete all as specified and directed.
