Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for STP lines and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 metre at a level not exc 1.5m above or below the starting point. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unservicable LT panel from wall/ below staircase of the building including disconnecting the connection after taking shut down from main supply and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of LT panel 3.15 mm thick Stainless steel 304 grade, cubical outdoor type weather proof, totally enclosed with IP 43 protection made out of SS sheet angle of suitable size for fixing on wall/below stair case of block 3 phase, 4 wire, 440 volts, 50 Hz including cable glands, phase indicators, internal wiring, voltmeter, ammeter, air passing holes with proper spacing to accommodate to all control switches and other accessories cable connections with suitable size of lugs/thimble etc and locking arrangement with two locks godown type welded inside of the shutter with duplicate keys complete all as specified including comprising of followings:-

INCOMING (a) MCCB 125A, 4P, 36KA, DPX3 125, thermal magnetic protection with Ics=100% Icu -01 No (b) Aluminium bus bar 250 Amps with insulator-04 Nos (c) 3 Phase Ampere metre and Volmeter of suitable range/size - 01+01=02 Nos (d) Indication lamp – one set(set of three)

OUTGOING (a) MCB SPN 63 Amps, 240 Volts, 10 KA, 'C' curve - 04 Nos (b) MCB SP 10 Amps, 240 Volts, 10 KA, 'C' curve - 01 No (c) Meter box suitable for fixing of prepaid smart energy meter against item No 20 here-in-after.

M&L for point wiring with stranded copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 volts grade electrical cable in but with through suitable surfaces PVC casing caping upto suitable length for fixing bldg security light for rear and front entrance of the bldg and including modular sunken pressed steel terminal boxes 2mm thick of required size and modular white cover plate with all accessories including 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete and making good to disturbed surface of walls including necessary touch up with adjoining surface of disturbed area i.e with OBD/colour work/white wash as existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- 1. The Rate is inclusive of necessary cutting/chasing and making good distrubed surface in CM 1:3 and finished with the adjoining surface of disturbed area with ODB/Colour wash/white wash etc complete. 2. At roof slab where there is burnt/blockage in the existing conduit wiring will be done through PVC conduit and rate are inclusive in above quoted item. (a) One security light controlled by one way switch

S&F Switch modular type, 1 Module, 6 Amps one way complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ceiling rose surface Bakelite of size 65x25mm two to three terminals complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED Building security light fitting of 40 Watt including fabrication of GI bracket of 25mm dia at height of 1 mtr fixing of LED light fitting duly fixed with clamps, nut, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and re-fixing electronic/pre-paid meter in meter box with consultation with pre-paid meter authorities including necessary connections of incoming and out going cable for light and power complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate n.less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel besides building at all joints as shown in drgs and including excavation and earth work through PCC, GI pipe light grade 25mm bore of protection of GI wire from earth electrode, supply and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 Chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate Reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia , PGI funnel and wire mesh , 20 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for watering complete all as shown in drg and connected to earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead in replacement fixed to wall and chases or buried in ground or wall and drawn through existing light grade GI pipe of 15mm bore for loop earthing etc. as required with 4mm dia galavinsed steel or iron wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation, mass concrete and filling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone agg as in sub base in floor/paving etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for taking out LT cable 3.5 core of size upto 95 Sqmm from the cable loop and making connection to LT Panel with suitable size of thimbles including necessary excavation & returning filling in including 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe upto 50 cm length complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Sch of Credit of this Tender. (ii) If any item of same description in nature is found to be entered as "double in BOQ" and the bidder quotes different rates against same item, then the rate quoted on lower side shall be applicable and higher rate will not be allowed to be paid in any circumstances. No claims on this account shall be entertained on a later date.
