M&L for providing edge moulding to marble stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specefied and directed

M&L for carefully taking down brass railing of size 900mm height and refixing duly clean/polish completed to the same position including repair/replaced all damage parts etc complete all as specefied and directed

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillet and frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for multi layer POP false ceiling in steps (in layers) as per drawing and as dircted by GE at site with horizontal and vertical GI frame work including GI wire mesh and fiber/mesh reinforcement as required including putty work for finishing smooth. Painting with plastic plastic emulsion paint in two coats over primer over fininshed POP surface with suitable arrangement for Spot light/ceiling light as per drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path, steps, floor/ apron including demolition of cement concrete and removing the demolition material out side the MOD land laid complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster at any position from brick or concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete including removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix/ ready mix plaster 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, balconies, beams, columns, manholes etc and similar work finished even & smooth including necessary scaffolding, form work, safety precuation up to multi storey of bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10.00 above but for 5 mm thick on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Plastic emulsion paint with roller finish on any position over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces with the application of multy layer of cement base wall care putty upto smooth fininshing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical grinder from old surfaces of ceiling/wall and applying two coats of Plastic emulsion paint with roller finish on any position over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces with the application of multy layer of cement base wall care putty upto smooth fininshing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from ceiling surfaces and applying two of distemper oil emulssion, white or tinted over a coat of primer paint including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite of any colour and shade shall be approved by GE (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, floor lining, wall lining, window cills and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and and including rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing and removing the demolition material out side the MOD land laid complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 12 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing to fix at aluminium frame structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class soft ornamental type wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, smooth and secured with nails cross sectional area exc 35 sqcm but not exc 50 Sqcm including french polishing two or more coats on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant. M & L for Dismantling of brick tiles (laid flat or on edge) on roof surface laid bedded and pointed in any mortar incl removing the surplus soil or unserviceable material out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling coarse over RCC slab to bring the desired slope up to four storied Bldg, using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed. Note: Rate for Water proofing compound deemed to be included in quoted rate

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane plain finish minimum weighting 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over one coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2 kg/sqm including bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm and paste the membrane with torching method complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) 78, solar reflection 0.70 and initial emittance 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement and marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface Preparation: The surface to receive the treatment shall be thoroughly free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material. It should be made free of any sharp objects. Cleaning of PCC/plaster surface shall be done with wire brushing to attain smooth levelled surface. Cracks shall be rectified, filled using dual shrinkage compensated Repair Mortar and dried for 72 hours before laying the liquid applied membrane. Grout: Providing Chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the construction joint and cracked portion at 1m c/c by injecting cement slurry mixed with dual shrinkage compensated cementitious grout Injection grout additive, in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with instant setting cement. Angle fillets/Coving: Providing and making of fillet, 50mm x 50mm on sharp corner of terrace with cement sand polymer mortar (add “multipurpose mortar”, 10% by weightofcement). First apply the bonding coat of Multi-Purpose Polymer 5-10% diluted in water and add to cement slurry. Apply the bonding slurry and apply the polymer mortar over the sharp edges complete all as specified and directed. Note: Grouting will be done when and where ever required. Treatment of pipe entry points: Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC /MS Pipe by roughening using suitable Sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Packing the gap using free flowable non shrink cement polymer based grout up to the surface of the bore while the bonding agent is in tacky state. the periphery of PVC pipe should be sealed with Hybrid PU Sealant or dual shrinkage compensated Micro concreteNote: Will be done when and where ever required Application of Asian Paints two component Epoxy Primer (Resin & Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of Polyurethane with the existing concrete surface. 33 % water dilution is recommended with the pure mixed primer. The primer mixing ratio will be 1:3 (Resin:Hardner) Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to Podium area with single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have a dual combination of 280% elongation. Material coverage 1.2kg /sq.mt. Make of water proofing treatment Dr Fixit Roof seal 148 or Asian Paint smart care damp proof or SIKA 710/715

M & L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Semi circular of width 40 to 50 mm and depth 15 to 25mm POP work at wall as per drawing and as dircted by GE including putty work for finishing smooth. Painting with plastic plastic emulsion paint in two coats over primer over fininshed POP surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles in light shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles in light shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note: All the work in these items shall be carried out as per Architectural drawing attached with the CA and as per the direction of Engg in charge and GE

E&M PORTION: Taking down carefully old point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor (Light / Fan/ Socket/ power Point ) complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, pendent holders, regulators and socket point etc and making good the disturbed surface & wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS type copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 V grade including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS type copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly in and including PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked and its accessories including provn of new factory made pressed steel modular switch/terminal box of suitable size and new modular front & back plates of approved colour/model of suitable size for housing the modular switches, sockets, fan regulators for one light/ fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one no, one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cutting chases for concealed conduit and making good in cement mortar is deemed included in unit rate. (ii) No cutting shall be done in the roof for laying PVC conduit for ceiling point wiring. In this specified portion wire shall run through the existing conduit or surface new conduit shall be provided as required. (iii) In case the wiring is encountered with any beam/column, then the wiring will run on surface to avoid any damage to the RCC portion.

All as per item No 38.00 above but one three pin 5 Amp socket outlet point controlled by one no, one way switch on same board complete all as specified and directed.
