M&L Aluminium alloy powder coated windows including aluminum powder coated frames openable type shutters (02 Nos), bottom weighing not less than 1.015 Kg/RM, sides and top not less than 0.826 Kg/RM double revated and 0.55Kg/RM for window shutter with one openable glazed shutter and one nos glazed/gauged shutter openable type with aluminium sections as per series - A (15mm) of Jindal section numbers for openable windwos with framed shutter including aluminium allow powder coated snap type beads handles with locking arrangement spring action and glazing clip joint cleats rubber gaskets etc including provision of 5.5mm thick tinted glass/frosted glass of superior quality and stainless steel jali including all standard fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Aluminium alloy powder coated standard hollow section for ventilotors as per approved sample and as per IS specifications, shutters weighting 0.55 kg/RM, rectangular frames of section 101.6mm x 44.45mm x 3.18mm weighing not less than 2.54Kg/RM including provision of 5.5mm thick tinted glass of superior quality including handles, tower bolt, hinges and all standard fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in ramming earth or broken rubble in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed including demolition of existing PCC n exc 15cm thick.

M & L for Mild steel rolled sections Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'B' as in Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc complete including dismantling of existing wrought iron complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing AC sheet corrugated or semi corrugated as in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing AC sheet corrugated, semi corrugated or plain as in roof coverings complete.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan to any radious built in CM 1:6 including demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and fair in any position incl scaffolding etc, complete all as specified.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered internal surfaces of walls/ceilings and applying a layer of 1-1.5mm thick (Birla White/J K White) wall care putty, again sand papering to make surfaces smooth and applying Two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of internal wall primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of Old plaster un-plastered external wall and ceiling surfaces including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43Litre/ 10 Sqm complete all as speicified and as directed by EIC.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing after dismantling of existing slab of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for grinding and polishing existing old kota/granite or any other type of flooring and walls all as specified in SSR incl cleaning splashes from floors and walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 4mm thick desginer ceiling board ( Make : Everest or equivalent as approved by GE) in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instruction, fixed with white powder coated galvanized iron grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges comprising of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanized steel sheet & size T-24x32 mm and spaced at 1.2m c/c securely fixed to the structural soffits by hangers at 1.2m of GI wire 2 mm dia fixed rawl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee with (double stitching) to be inter locked between main runner at 600 mm c/c to from 600 x 600 mm modules, angle along perimeter wall shall be of 0.45mm thick galvanized steel of size 19 x19 mm of white colour all as per instructionand including dismantling of walls and celing existing false ceiling with frame complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sub base of flooring or in any position including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L coloured chequered cement concrete tiles, factory made, Premium quality 250mm x 250mm x18-20 mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush with grey cement and pigments to match colour of tiles in floors/path etc over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, after dismantling of exisiting chequred Concrete tiles of any type with bedding layer, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 4mm thick GI wire for cloth hanging or any position fixing to MS Angle or welded complete all as specified.

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 20 mm thick granite (Z black colour) of any type work table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab , notching and moulding after dismantling of existing granite complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of Old plaster un-plastered internal wall and ceiling surfaces including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F for aluminium alloy powder coated grills fixing to openable window frames of 5-6mm thick and width of aperture 75mm or 100mm as per requirement at site complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F aluminium alloy powder coated glazed or skelton shutter including frame channel of section (door frame single groove 85mmx45 mm x 1.25mm thick, shutter top section, bottom section, middle section and vertical section 65 mm x 45 mm x 1.25 mm thick and glazing clips weighing not less than 0.097 Kg/RM ) including shutter fixed to openable frame and channel as directed and as per IS specifications including S & F stainless steel wire cloth as required handles, tower bolt, door closer, locking arrangement Godrej, rubber gasket and door stopper complete.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light fan socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, etc removing materials from site and keeping in safe custudy for taking or depositing to MES store yard and making good to the disturbed surface of walls, floors roof etc all as specified and directed. (Note : Light fittings of any type and size taken down/ dismantled if any alongwith point wiring shall be measured and paid separately as supply fixing in repair under relevent item of this BoQ and credit for the same has been taken in Sch of Credit)

Material and labour of point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated sheathed and multistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and including PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 20 mm dia medium grade and fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, and FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor mulistranded earth wire incl Metal flush box and cover plate with frame for mounting of modular switch, socket, regulator etc, connecting to common earth dolly including cutting chases and making good disturbed surface in CM 1:3 to match with existing surface for one light point exhaust fan point controlled by one 1-way switch complete all as directed.

(a) one light point / fan point/ wall fan point/ bell/ buzzer controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push.

(b) one socket outlet point 5 amps on the independent board.

Supply and fixing in repair LED light fitting 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete.

Supply and Fix Cuboid ceiling fan 400 mm sweep remote controlled 3 blade. Make Halonix or equivalent make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral 8 way double door including taking down old unsv MCB DB any way. Make ABB/ Ledgrand /Schnieder

Supply and fixing in repair Amp rating 240V, 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SP of 5 to 32 Amps capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing in repair Isolator 40 Amp rating 240V in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

S & F in repair energy efficicent LED fittings 45W LED 6K suitable for builing security light pressure die cast aluminium roadway luminaire with high power LEDs and HF electronic driver complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of street light fitting bracket, 1.0 mtr long bent to shape made out of galvanized iron pipe of 25 mm dia size light grade complete with nut, bolts, washer, clamps etc inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint complete all as directed.
