Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

All as per srl item No 7 here-in-before but using old precast concrete cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge of following bore sizes:-

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed Cables of the following sizes:- Note Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

The steel pole shall be painted with bituminious paint total lenth inside and up to planting depth outside.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut,bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply, drawing, connecting & testing of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC rounded sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 on steel tubular pole/PCC Pole from KIOSK box to light fittings including PVC conduit and providing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement bracket for street light fitting complete with 2.2 mtr long 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and including necessary mild steel clamp, nuts,bolts and wahsers and painting on steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint complete as as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MS clamp (suitable for holding street light bracket on steel/PCC pole) made out of 40 mm wide 6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia -3 Nos with flat washer (3mm thick) -02 No for each including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide complete as as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes by applying 2 coats of aluminium paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete as as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested (including CPRI type tested certified panel) LT Panel board ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door , plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and shell be made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) and comprising of the following :- (a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 250 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 35 KA, with microprocessor release - 01 No (ii) Voltmeter 0-500 volts digital type with 4 way rotary selector swicth -01No (iii) Ammeter 0-250 Amp digital type with 4 way rotary selector switch-01No (iv) CTs ratio 250/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (v) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vi) Aluminium bus bar of rating 500- set of four

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge and as shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part- I (1991).

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge
