S&F 8mm dia TMT bars, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, chajjas to parapets etc hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc.; vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles (laid flat or on edge) on roof surface.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping incl necessary scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and directed(whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and removing from cantonment area complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of sapling/bushes including cutting of trunk n.exc 30cm girth and branches and digging out roots from floor or roofs and walls of up to four storied bldg and making good the dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces including brooming roof and removing all waste from roof to ouside the MOD land complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11 above, but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in holdfasts, coping on edges etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 15 above, but except brick tiles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction in roof pedding to maintain the uniform slope or to filling the depression in patches in panels with 10mm wide construction joint and filling the panel joints with Polyurethane Sealant. , finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,including cleaning the concrete surface by steel wire brushes, up to three stories bldgs, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (a) WPC shall be measured separately and PCC shall be mixed in concrete mixer. (b) Padding on water staging shall be done after disconnecting water tank , move a side and to be reconnected same day . (c) Water supply to the affected quaters to be arranged by providing flexible connection or otherwise by contractor without any extra cost. (d) Rate included for removal of sapling/bushes and anyother obstruction and filling hole. (e) Removing and refixing of Dish Antenna and other acessories if any to suitable place or as directed by Eng-in-Charge/GE

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm on existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 upto 2 story building, to be finished even and fair with water proofing compound by weight as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only water proofing compound , ISI marked and mixing 3 % by wt of cement used complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall/ceiling and applying two coats of weather coat exterior grade over and incl wall care putty to make smooth surface including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders etc upto two storey complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutter rain water pipe (of any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks including cleaning or re-fixing or removal to store(measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore UPVC pipes Type 'A' (for rain water), single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) Bends/ Tees/ Tapers (any radius), with or without oval access door as required etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 500 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting at other place as directed and reconnecting , repair if required and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR-I including brass valve high pressure with polythne float and fly nut , tank nipple as required screwd for iron pipe or brass ferrule of size 25 mm bore including taking down old PVC tanks & removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning serviceable tubing for re-fixing and removing balance outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning serviceable tubing for re-fixing and removing balance outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid floors or concealed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid under floors or concealed etc all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 15 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or concealed complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- (i) The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Sch of Credit of this Tender. (ii) If any item of same description in nature is found to be entered as "double in BOQ" and the bidder quotes different rates against same item, then the rate quoted on lower side shall be applicable and higher rate will not be allowed to be paid in any circumstances. No claims on this account shall be entertained on a later date.
