Supply and laying XLPE insulated heavy duty electric, un armoured cables 16 sqmm 4 core with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade for necessary connection with suitable lugs & fixing arrangement with necessary clamps & cable glands etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge after removing the old/damaged cable.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 4 sqmm x 2 core for street light connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully of old street light fitting any type from existing pole including bracket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only of LED Street light retrived from item No-6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for foundation of poles, stays, laying of cables, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for returning filling including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for removing excavated surplus hard/dense soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depsoiting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables and in substation ducts for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement should be after punning down)

S & F of sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sq cm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of 40 mm dia galvanized iron mild steel tubing, light grade including all fitting for cable protection etc laid in floor or fixed to poles with clamps etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded concrete crushed trap stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of KIOSK Box weather proof made up of one piece mounted on SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp and 6 Amp fuse grip with base for controlling the street light fitting and FL clamps 30x4mm with necessary MS nuts bolts and washers and including applying two coasts of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surface and including embassing/painting of Danger notice of size not less than 10 cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and installation of factory made and tested (including CPRI type tested certified panel) Timer panel board, cubical, outdoor type, plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-65 class protection and shell be made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS Sheet, and minimum 32x32x5 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finis over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and paonted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, closing locking arrengment including power wiring with 10 Sqmm PVC insulated solid, copper conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and comprising of the following :- (i) MCCB 4 pole, 32 Amps, 50 z,415 Volts, 10 KA, with thermal magenetic release - 01 No. (ii) 3 pole power contractor, type MNX 110 having 2 NO + 2 NC contact - 01 No. (iii) Digital Time switch, 240 volts, AC, 50 Hz - 01 No. (iv) Auto/manual selector switch - 01 No. (v) Aluminium bus bar 100 Amps, 4 strip 3 pase and neutral 415 volts, 50 Hz, duly insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves - 01 Set. Plateform for the timer panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1 : 6 with sub class 'B' old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.
