Complete removal of existing treatment of wall using wire brush/mechanical/ electrical driven sanders, washing, rubbing down and stoping of painted surface including preparation of surface etc and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of old painted of wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted to steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including easening of steel window by providing lubricant oil to hinges/pivot complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid jointless ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sq m but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6,including dismantling of floor or hearth tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing removing serviceable to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick with ready mix plaster on fair face of ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall or concrete surfaces including raking out joints in brick work, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M S square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing. it shall be wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet complete all as specified and directed

S&F Factory Made Solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick(style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beadingand jointed together with solvent cement fixing in the frame at site as per specifications and drawing.it shall be laminated with wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading.complete all as specified and directed..

75 mm thick, PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base under floor including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and fair at top using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection, including demolition of cement concrete n.exc 15CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs,any thickness including cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (20mm graded agg) in roof kerb or mud slops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping, kneelers, kerb water tough and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighting not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 90 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared plastered roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at ends and sealing including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over PCC padding with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete plain tiles 25cmx25cmx22mm thick machine pressed set jointed,grouted and pointed flush in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in floors over and including screed bed in 15mm thick CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Waterproofing treatment of sunken RCC slab: (i) Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete exc 15cm thickness for sunken portion of WC, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Apply a coat of cement slurry @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with tapecrete @ 0.253 kg/Sqm after surface preparation all as per manufacturer's instructions. (Make of tapecrete: M/s CICO Engg services) (iii) Apply hot bitumen 30/40 (grade S-35) conforming to IS-73-1961 @ 1.0 kg/sqm and providing transperent polythene film 200 micron (heavy duty) conforming to IS-2058-1977 laid with 150mm overlaps. (iv) Then apply 1.5 mm thick layer of cement slurry @ 1.288 kg/sqm mixed with tapecrete @0.570 kg/sqm and course sand @1.298 kg/sqm. Allow the treatment to air curing for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The whole treatment shall be taken upto full depth of parapet wall and tuck into groove in parapet alaround. (v) Sunken floor shall be filled with graded cinder (including PCC 1:5:10 Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate).
