Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 10 -12mm thick polymer modified readymix cement base plaster as per manufacturer instruction on fair / unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even & smooth as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepration of new/Old plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/ Old surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth , priming with a coat of red oxide primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified

M & L for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in Repair galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and staining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc,(each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes exc. 150 sqcm but not exc. 400 sqcm into or through brick walls built in CM and maikng good in cement mortat 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cm (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 exc, half brick but not exc, one bk etc.

S&F concertina coil 2.5 mm dia of core wire in 450 mm circular dia of each coil having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-1454(Part-I) with low carbon steel strip punched tape of 19 mm wide, 0.50 mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barb/blades @ 25 mm centre to centre punched all along the length of both sides of strip at regular interval conforming to IS-513 and minimum 6Mtr length cover after opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair/replace factory made steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) Drain covers without frames incl necessary hold fast/hooks of (Heavy duty) 600x450x70mm rectangular complete all as specified.

S&F factory made steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) man holes covers with frames incl necessary hold fast/hooks (medium duty) of 560 mm dia or rectangular of equivalent area complete all as specified.

-ditto- all as per item No 18 above but without frame

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. of Gde Fe - 290, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.00 mm thick plain black steel sheet in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to doorchowkats (frames);chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs;ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required incl priming complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall as view cutter, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and including cutting chasing of wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition in cement concrete of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS galvanisd Chain link fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified.

S&F 10mm round bars of gread Fe-410-W (Part I) (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Grade -E-165) for tying /tightening wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in any type of soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface

S&F of RCC Precast Concrete Post (M-30) of size 150mm X 150mm X 2435mm height having two grooves of size 50 X 30mm, so as to receive 6 Nos. including Provn of 6 Nos of Precast concrete RCC Panels between Two post of size 1500mm X 300mm X 40mm thickness The post is reinforced with 4 Nos. 8mm dia Tor Bars with 4mm dia stir-ups @ 1.615m centre to centre150mm c/c; Panels are reinforced with 3 Nos. longituddinasl bar of 8mm dia Tor steel & 6mm plain M.S Stir ups @ 150mm c/c. Manufactured by M-30 graded of concretes complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- (a) Above ground level height will be measured for payment purpose. (b) Excavation of post holes for fixing of Columns shall be measured and paid seprately (c) The post may be fixed to the ground by digging a hole of 500 x500 x600mm and filled with 1:3:6 concrete after the post has been aligned in these holes. The post will be erected @ 1.615 m center to center. Make- Kreative concrete company or equivalent as approved by GE.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description or any position all as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 35 mm thick type B- 0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate (measured solid) including all moulding and necessary form work and set in cement mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F precast RCC coping/post of size 600x100x50 mm suitable for fixing of RCC Jallies in vertically & horizontally including necessary moulds and grooves as required in shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking glazed paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness and M - 35 grade including 50 mm sand cushion including packing joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubber moulded PU coated Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed with grey cement and pigments and pointed in neat cement slurry icluding screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick for laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in Sub base to receve floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggeregage ) set in CM 1:6 Size as per site requirement as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and in kerb stone rounded and chamfered on edges incl necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new/old stone/ concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paints over priming paint plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation fillings and mass concreting type C-2 (1:3:6 ) using 40mm graded agg as in manholes foundation. complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -Charge

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement 1/2 coarse sand and 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in pannels wih grooves all aroud as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chipping complete all as specified and directed.
