M&L in replacement for seamless calcium silicate 12mm made out of 1800 X 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long sel drilling and tapping screws having philips headwidth under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fiber tape to provide seamless finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of thermal insulation on new / existing ducts and plenum chamber, comprise of preparation of surface and fixing of new cross linked closed cell polythene, plane, fire retardant insulation of 20 mm thick nitrile insulation with aluminium foil of the duct having a tow stable K value of 0.027-0.029 Kcal/hr/m at 0-23°C with minimum density of 33 Kg/cum, fire retardant self extinguishing on dripping, good ozone resistance, including fixing the insulation to the duct surface with help of adhesive paste and closing the gap with self adhesive tape of 3mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair of motorised fire damper of various capacity , fabrication with 22 gauge GI Sheet of any dimension including all fixing arrangment like nut/ bolt/ washer or any modification at site requirment incl all necessary electrical control wiring and power point for operation of same, and taking down old unserviceable damper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Design, supply, installation, and commissioning of SEMI -HYBRID HEPA class ( polarization based ) central air purification system using Filterless Magnetic Air Purification Process of different capacities inside AHU to improve the air quality by removing microbial, pollution inside the air. The air purification system must be IS 17570:2021 : ISO16890:2016 certified in accordance to ASHRAE 52.2 2017 with valid test data by ASHRAE validated lab having in USA only. It should be a monobloc-structured unit specifically designed for integration in the Return Air path of units of all sizes, to centrally capture and kill germs. It shall be in grids of sizes 610x370x150mm (1000 CFM), and 610x680x150 mm (2000 CFM) to cover the full capacity (CFM) of the units. The central air cleaner unit should have no consumable parts and the minimum life of central air cleaner unit should be more than 10 years. The central air cleaner shall be capable of removing particulates as small as 0.01 microns including particulate matter PM 2.5 & PM 1.0, allergens, pollen, bacteria, pathogens and various VOC.

• It must be a monobolic-structured unit specifically designed for integration in return air path of air delivery systems to provide a single indoor air quality (IAQ) solution meeting global safety and performance standards set forth by ISHRAE, GRIHA, IGBC, CDC , ASHRAE & CPCB Notification No B-29016/20/90/PCI-L Manufacturer must comply with DIPP guidelines for public procurement policy notification No REGD No. DL-33004/99 dated 21 July2006 & Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) Order, 2012 inline with make in India initiative. For ease of supply and spares the OEM must have manufacturing facilities in India/Delhi NCR and support MAKE In India initiative. • The central air cleaner must be designed to trap and kill microbes with high efficiency duly tested on E. coli (ATCC 15597), H1N1, as per ASTM E2149 with no less than 99% killing in less than 15 minutes. • The unit shall be UL2998 (that does not produces ozone, ozone generation shall be less than 50 ppb from an International Lab) & Intertek ETL, UL 867, CSA C22 No. 187, and CE certified for safety and quality and with EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility), LVD (Low Voltage directive) and RoHS compliant for complete modules The failure to submittal the certifications along with the submital shall lead to rejection of the product. • For safety & security no arching, popping noise should occur during dust test. Also there should be no residual charge to avoid any shock risks. • The system should have a UL certified inbuilt pneumatic sensor allowing it to work as a controller (optional). It must automatically detect airflow and the capability to interface with the building management system. If the HVAC system is turned ON and the airflow is detected, then the output power should be available to the system, otherwise the system shall automatically turn off for the protection of service personnel.
