M&L in repair for loop junction box, outdoor type, size 30cm x 20cm x 15cm, made out of engineering plastic one piece moulding type, bus bar rating 63 amps 4 strips aluminium with bus bar mounting colour R, Y, B, N on DMC unbreakable insulator with cable entry main supply from bottom side and pole light connection from back side, simens grey colout, shock proof, rust proof, fire retardant, having front opening and locking arrangement with MCB SP 10 amps - 01 No, box duly fixed on the pole with flat iron clamp of size 25mm x 3mm with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed Note:- Cost of incoming& outgoing cable lugs & glands of suitable size deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L in replacement for LED street/security light fittings 60 watt, made up of of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP 66 protection, clamp type suitable for 32-50mm dia bracket pipe, to be mounted on existing/ new GI bracket and connecting the street light fitting using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper cable complete all as directed. Note - New GI bracket with clamp shall be measured & paid seperately.

S&F in replacement bracket for street light made out of 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade not less than 1.2 mtr length bent to shape fixed on pole/wall with and including 50x6mm FI clamps = 02 Nos with nut bolts, washers including painting of clamps with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth, getting out for electric cable complete in soft soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, soil obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat across the length of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable (10 cm punned thickness above the top of the upper most cable, total 18 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for GI tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches/under road crossing/on pole/under floor including suitable mild steel FI clamps of required size complete for following sizes :-

40mm bore

50mm bore

Supply and laying in repair cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following size Note :- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid seperately.

Making hole below the road by drilling machine or hand drill without damaging road for inserting pipe upto 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed Note:- GI pipe shall be measured & paid separately.

S&F in repair PVC insulated and sheathed flexible cable 3 core Multi-stranded copper conductor size 2.5 Sqmm 1100 volt grade after taking out old unserviceable one including electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick directly buried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below the ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron at 2 points & GI pipe 15mm bore light grade for protection of earthing wire PCC chamber 1:3:6 (type C-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, watering pipe 20mm bore light grade, funnel with wire mesh, 50mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS bars at 150mm centre to centre both ways and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR part-I and including excavation & earth work & connecting the earthing point/equipment and testing complete all as specified and directed
