Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class "B" bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6),(up to two story Bldg) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster at any position from brick or concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete including removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix/ readymix plaster 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, balconies, beams, columns, manholes etc and similar work finished even & smooth with WPC including necessary scaffolding, form work, safety precuation up to multi storey of bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid saparately

All as per item No 08.00 above but for 5 mm thick on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulssion paint, white or tinted with roller finish on any position over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces with the application of multy layer of cement base wall care putty upto smooth fininshing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical grinder from old surfaces of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulssion paint, white or tinted with roller finish on any position over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces with the application of multy layer of cement base wall care putty upto smooth fininshing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel as in main and cross beams, column hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected tocommon rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates incluing plates with weldig fixed properly conforming to Fe-410-W complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete and removed the surplus soil out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel matelic sheet minimum thickness 1.20mm as in roof/ wall fix on MS secction with weldig properly conforming to Fe-410-W complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18-20mm thick CNC Cut WPC board with two coat of glossy deco paint for roof/ wall, For Exterior use to provide solutions for exterior facade and elevational treatment of a structure with waterproof, rusting proof with pigmented nature helps the color, unbreakabe including all fiting and fixing arrangement and fix to a MS frome work. The design and shape shall be porvided as per approved by Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and directed. S&F Machine cut 3D type design/CNC cut with deco paint as approved by GE, factory made 18mm thick 100% Solid WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) Laminated plain/design Board of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural fibers ( Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded ( Inner ) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg/cbm having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compissive of 50 N/mm2 , Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free. Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant. S&F ceiling factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Louver. A Solid co-extrusion panel of size 340.5 mm x 2440 mm/2900 mm and distance from wall 13mm comprising of virgin polymer High Density Poly ethylene, calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 2200 kg/cum of hybrid grade and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and GRIHA certified.The total thickness of the panels should be 2.2mm with 250 microns 3 layer UV film laminated over it. Exterior Warranty for Color should be minimum 10 Years in Indian Weather conditions. The Panels shall be mounted on grid support system of 50 / 100mm M.S. (Hot Dip Galvanized-Minimum 100 microns) tubular section (or) Extruded Aluminium tube of 50x50x2mm as per instruction by Engineer in charge. The manufacturer should be ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems with in-house testing facility and should have their own manufacturing plant in India complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Gloss/ SGVT light/ dark colour vetrified tile of thickness 9mm, size exc 0.57 Sqm but n exc 1 Sqm (preper size 760x760mm) with min 50x50 mm selected dark coloured Gloss/ SGVT tile shall be placed in between edges of four tiles laid in floor/ steps over cement 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 and joint filled with marble dust with adhesive to match the floor surface including design as per drg and specification including cutting and polishing and laying by hightly skilled labours complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Colour and shade shall be as per approved by GE (b) Concept drg/picture shall be follow as attached

S&F wall mounted Stainless steel min 1.2mm thick fountain outer unit of 2'-3' wide water flow blade with attached storage tank as pre mfg recommended or as per drg including min 40mm CPVC pipe of 2 m length with one number of flow regular valve with all connected bend, Tee, Y etc, fix to wall cutting as per requirement and fix with clamps and cement concrete/ plaster to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CPVC pipe of 40mm dia including bend, Tee, Y or similar etc fixed to wall/floor including cutting as per requirement and fix with clamps and cement concrete/plaster to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone finish wall tiles minimum 7mm thick, design/ shed shall be approved by GE in vertical surfaces of size 600x1200mm with using epoxy of colour that is similar to tile colour including bedded with grey cement slurry over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 with provision of LED light strips complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface Preparation: The surface to receive the treatment shall be thoroughly free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material. It should be made free of any sharp objects. Cleaning of PCC/plaster surface shall be done with wire brushing to attain smooth levelled surface. Application of Asian Paints two component Epoxy Primer (Resin & Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of Polyurethane with the existing concrete surface. 33 % water dilution is recommended with the pure mixed primer. The primer mixing ratio will be 1:3(Resin:Hardner). Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to Podium area with single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have a dual combination of 280% elongation. Material coverage 1.2kg /sq.mt complete all as specified and directed. Make of water proofing treatment: Dr Fixit Roof seal 148/ Asian Paint smart care damp proof/ SIKA 710/715

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position including removing the demolition material out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick, light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces of tile over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite as approved by GE (table rubbed and polished) in floors and like including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 34.00 but in vertical surfae including 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for high Gloss/SGVT tile 9mm thick, size 1200x600mm of light/ dark colour or approve colour on wall surface jointed with colour/while/grey cement to match the tile surface including back coat with grey cement slurry ove plaster of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down any thickness/layers of plaster upto concrete/brick surface and reoved the debries out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : Concept drg/picture shall be followed as per direction Note: All the work in these items shall be carried out as per Architectural drawing attached with the CA and as per the direction of Engg in charge and GE

E&M PORTION: Taking down carefully old point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor (Light / Fan/ Socket/ power Point ) complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, pendent holders, regulators and socket point etc and making good the disturbed surface & wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS type copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 V grade including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS type copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly in and including PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked and its accessories including provn of new factory made pressed steel modular switch/terminal box of suitable size and new modular front & back plates of approved colour/model of suitable size for housing the modular switches, sockets, fan regulators for one light/ fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one no, one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cutting chases for concealed conduit and making good in cement mortar is deemed included in unit rate. (ii) No cutting shall be done in the roof for laying PVC conduit for ceiling point wiring. In this specified portion wire shall run through the existing conduit or surface new conduit shall be provided as required. (iii) In case the wiring is encountered with any beam/column, then the wiring will run on surface to avoid any damage to the RCC portion.

M&L for fixing cover box for single phase meter made of MS and having transparent glass cover decorative type of size upto 10x10 inch complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cutting chessing and other mason work must be ensured to maintain the surface of the wall smooth and symmetric to the existing electrical fitting fixtures.
