Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls and concrete surface of ceiling etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and fair with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions in any position incl scafolding as required etc complete. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of this Sch/ BoQ)

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and fair without using extra cement in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Returning & filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia drain pipes (SGSW/ AC/RCC) including hounching and benching set in cement mortar and removal of debris out side from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F DWCPE (SN8) nominal size 150 mm (internal dia) mm including all fixing accessories or fittings like socket/spigot joint with elastomeric sealing ring, rubber ring, SILAID rubber lubricants required for laying of pipes, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in brenching for manholes, bands, coping, bed plate etc with slightly chamfered or rounded angles including necessary from work, if any, and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for two coat of floor paint on any type of surface including prepration of new/old surface make :- Indigo floor paint and or equivalent as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Precast SFRC square or rectangular manhole covers 75 mm thick with frame medium duty conforming to IS-12592 covers, including dismantling of old existing covers complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick in Plain cement concrete type C2 ( 1:3:6)( using 20 mm graded aggregate ) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) finished even and smooth at top without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight all as directed at site.

M & L 18 to 20 mm thick granite (colour as approved by GE) of any type work table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, platform, water point platforms , floor etc over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab , notching and moulding complete including dismantling of old existing tiles.

S & F for wall cladding tiles of size 300mm x 600mmx 8-12mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall , such as skirting, dados , etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size (Two colour combination) conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick, M-35 Grade laid dry in floor/path including 50 mm thick sand bedding layer complete after dismantling of old existing tiles.

M & L for Pre- Polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 22- 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete after dismantling of old existing tiles.

M & L for OUT DOOR coloured ceramic chequered tiles 8 to 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete after dismantling of old existing tiles.

Dismantling old posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good and excavation & prepration of post holes removal of surplus excavated material completed all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in ramming earth or broken rubble in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming including dismantling of the exisitng MS work to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S & F framed work such as in door frame, door shuters / gate of angel or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete , drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hings or steel hanging door fittings, including hings hold fast of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality) etc including dismantling of existing MS work complete all as specified.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses, doors , posts etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete inclduing dismantling of existing MS work all as specified and directed

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of plain or corrugated AC sheeting any gauge, thickness as in roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with additional reinforcement of chicken mess with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or crancked hook bolts including dismantling of of existing sheeting of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregates) louvres and jallies, 50 mm thick ( design and patern as approved by GE) set in CM (1:4) including all mouldings but excluding frame fixed over bdy wall or walk ways or in any position etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair precast RCC coping/post of size 600x100x50 mm suitable for fixing of RCC Jallies in vertically & horizontally including necessary moulds and grooves as required in shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes, 75mm dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in walls, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in walls, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs of Stack clamps for 75mm bore of pipe made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of Stack clamps for 110mm bore of pipe made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and ecuring ends of stays to wall or roof, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 110mm bore of PVC (SWR) junction single,(Single T) equal or unequal provided with access door, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 110 mm bore of PVC (SWR) bends, complete all as specified and directed

M/L for cleaning/de-silting of loose mud, rubbish etc from drain bed including uprooting of vegetative growth throughly and wire brushing including flushing with water so as to achieve smooth flow of water in drain of bed width up to 60 cm and any depth etc complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old Steel and Iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as Specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surface decorated brick/concrete/ plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old surface decorated brick/concrete/ plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers (colour and design as approved by GE), under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15 mm white cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone (white) chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls and concrete surface of ceiling etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. all as specified and directed (Payment for providing grooves shall be made seprately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer -in -Charge

M & L for preparation of old plastered external surfaces of walls, pillers, cornices etc by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts , trading oil and greasy spots and including cracks/holes in surface filling with white putty and scrapped surface area to obtain smooth finishing with water proof wall care putty as required and applying one coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line.Mechanically operated 25 tonne truck mounted desludger with 12000Ltr capacity tanker having water fitted high pressure jet machine for cleaning and desludging of sewage line, shall be used by the contractor as per scheduled programme in writing and completion of each job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge as instructed. (NOTE : In case contractor fails to deploy the machine as per scheduled programme a recovery of Rs 500/- per day shall be deducted from his payment.)

Cleaning of sewage system including WCs, WHB, bottle traps, nahani and floor traps, soil/waste/rain/drain pipe running on external walls/cancealed type of building including junctions, manholes of any description and sewage lines of all sizes upto the final drop out let into septic tank/soak well of central sewage/drain wihtout distrubing its running/flowing and removing all type of blockages in any situation by mechanical means, and disposing waste materials out side defence land strictly as per Hon'ble Supreme Court directions, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: a) The above task shall be caried out by deploying a team, comprising 02 safaiwalas , 01 masson and 01 pipe fitter, for Offrs Md Accn , Messes/MES IBs / Command Huts / Central ammonites at Mall road, Polo road, Parade road,CPG, HQDA, Mandir marg, Tigris road, Church road, and other minor units. b) Where there is requirement of work involving scaffoldings and jhula, Contractor shall deploy the additional skilled team of workers expert in working on jhullas in high rise bldgs. c) If contractor fails to attend/clean a given complaint (received on any working days till 6 PM) on the same day, is liable to be charged Rs 500/- per day per complaint. Recovery for same will be deducted from his payment. d) One mechanical pump diesel/petrol for dewatering sludge water, safety belt, ladder, gloves gasmask, bucket to remove sludge, mechnical device required to reach work at difficult locations upto 9 stories shall be made available all time at site.

Providing and fixing "RAJSHRI" Brand factory or equivalent made WPC railing combining WPC board/Fancy designer type grating and WPC frame 100% solid WPC (wood polymer composite) railing of required length and of 2' to 2.5' height , comprising of virgin PVC resin of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) , Calcium Carbonate and natural fibres (Wood Powders/rice husk//wheat husk) and non toxic additives, made from single extrusion process, WPC foam board with having minimum density 650kg/cbm and WPC frame having minimum density 780kg/cbm manufactured by "RAJSHRI" an ISO 9001-2015 certified Company, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strength of 2000N (Face) & 1100N (Edge) , Minimum comprising of 50N/mm2, Modules of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of speed of flame of class A category with property of being termite/Borer free water /Moisture proof and fire resistance. For WPC railing WPC jali to be fixed with WPC frame of size 75x50mm with necessary supporting lengths at vertical as well as horizontal at wall frames to be fixed with 3"x3" GI 'L' or SS cleats to support vertical frame lengths including demolition /dismantling of existing RCC jallies with frames complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Rajshree or equivalent) (Note : The said item shall be fixed for view cutter in any positions as requirement at site) WPC Frame to be Measured Seperately

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC solid door/window ceosetry winodws and other frames chowkhat of size 75x50 cpmprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 suspension grade calcium carbonate and natural fibre wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk and non toxic additives (maximun toxicity index of 12 for 100gms fabricated with miter joints aftr applying PVC colvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum screw withdrawl steenght of 2200 N FACE and 1100 N Edge minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 modules of elasticity 900 n/mm2 and resisitance to spread of flames of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof water/ moisture proof and fire retardant. (Make: Rajshree or equivalent as approved by GE).

S& F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) inclduing dismantling of the same complete all as specified and directed

S&F of Concertina coil 900mm dia (in stretched position) hot dip galvanized steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed wire with angle iron including tying concertina coil with barbed wire at points wherever coil toucheds the bottom of barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) inclduing dismantling of the sam ecomplete all as specified and directed (angle iron shall be measured and paid separately) (Note: Hogging shall be fixed at a interval of 600mm c/c wherever it touches with the barbed wire and overlapping of concertina coil and Barbed wire shall be 300mm. It shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.)
