M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

S & F rotational moulded polythene, water storage tank Triple Layered 500 Ltrs capacity, closed top cover, cylindrical, hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

S&F 20 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed minimum weight -210gms, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surface/old surface including prepration decorated brick/concrete/ plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F brass chromium plated wall mixture 2 in 1 system with L- bend provision for over head shower and suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe including three joints to steel pipes or unions and plugging and screwing to walls all as specified and directed. (Make : Jaquar / Marc/ Kohler)

S&F in repairs of Brass spindle (number 1 to 6) suitable for 15mm bib cock/stop cock/concealed stop cock/angle cock/ mixers, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting holes up to 20 Cm depth or thickness into or through cement concrete member as wall, slab etc. reinforced or otherwise, size exc 250 Sq cm and n. exc 500 Sq cm completed all as specified and directed. Note (For item No 1 to 30 of BOQ/Sch 'A') (a) The work mentioned in item No 1 to 30 shall be carried out in multi storied buildings up to (G+9) including on top of roof slab which requires scaffolding or Jhulla arrangements and other T&P items including safety measures for workmen, Laying of 25 mm bore of CPVC pipes to be carried out from top of roof slap up to bottom of bldg floor wise through shaft area as per site requirement as directed by Engr-in-Charge and this aspect is deemed to be considered and included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. (b) All debris obtained from demolitiob/ dismantling item shall be removed from the site at daily basis from roof slab and deposit the debris out of the MoD land as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.5 m height made of (big series) frame 112 x 52 mm & sash 42 x 66 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.00 Sqm to 2.50 Sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.20 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremesh hall be paid separately). (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor include all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured lor payment purpose and for uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.)

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. S & F plain gypsum board 12 mm thick on ceiling fixed with screw asper manufacturers instructions and including necessaryGl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification including 2 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling surface all as specified and directed.

M&L Virified tiles 8 mm to 12 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished (shade/ colour/ Design/ pattern in flooring as approved by GE) , area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 after dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off from premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L Virified tiles 8 mm to 12 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished (shade/ colour/ Design/ pattern as approved by GE) , area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, such as skirting, dados , verticale surface etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 after dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off from premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L WPC decorative wall panels/louvers 15 to 25mm thick design pattern wood grain teak finished (colour and design as approved by GE) prelaminated inclusive of fixing on to wall including moulding end caps with L/U beading etc. fixed with PVC sleeves and screws as requried at site including dismantling of old wall panelling of any description complete all as specified & directed. (Note :- Taking down existing any type of electric board sheet/tube light/LED /any fittings before fixing of panels and refixing the same after fixing the panels as required are included in quoted rates by the contactors.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses (designer poles, including bends, curved sections as per directed), posts etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed

S & F painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall in any shape and curved), fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint laid in trenches or in floor or in wall completed all as specified and directed

S & F 110 mm PVC (SWR) bends etc completed all as specified and directed

M&L providing and applying the plaster with single component ready to use repair mortar (SMART CARE REPAIR MORTAR or equivalent) capable of applying 20 mm average thickness in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat : SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement/Sqm of surface area including taking down old treatmant any type with plaster etc and remove from the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Asian Paints/ Sikka/ Fosroc/ STP Ltd) Note : The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas.

Providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajjas in multiple coats @ 2.0 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Smart Care Damp Proof of Asian Paints or equivalent in Sikka/ Fosroc/ STP Ltd Notes: (1) The work shall be executed through authorised appplicatot of manufacturer only. (2) Authorised Applicator shall be approved by GE befor starting the work. (3) All materials shall be produced directly from manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Cgarge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Cgarge shall deface the original purchage vouchers. (4) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water Proofingtreatment for a period of Eight years in fevour of GE. A sum equivelent to 2.5% ( Two point five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor's dues as security deposite. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposite receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of Garrison Engineer.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( type B-2 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/ out carefully copper/aluminium point wiring for light/fan/bell/ sockets 5/15 Amps complete without accessories as switches, Sockets, holders, ceiling roses, light fitting regulators etc (to be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this Sch as S&F in repair and credit for these item given in credit schedule here-in-after) and making good the disturbed surface all as directed.

Material and labour of point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated sheathed and multistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and including PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 20 mm dia medium grade and fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, and FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor mulistranded earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly including Metal Flush Box, Cover plate with frame, cutting chases and making good disturbed surface in CM 1:3 to match with existing surface for one light / fan/ bell point controlled by one 1-way switch complete all as directed.

Material and labour of LED ceiling light fitting 15 watt, in round shape, recessed/surface type and making all electric connections complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Ventilating fan 250 mm sweep plastic body type including self cosing louver and making all electric connections complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of Wall Mounted Fan 400 mm sweep plastic body type including making all electric connections including taking out old U/S & diposint to MES store yard complete all as directed.

S&F of ceiling fan complete with blades ,down rods and accessoriess ,230 volt ,1200mm sweep, with service value not less than 6.00 BEE 5 star rated with BLDC for regulator , complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacemen fan down rod fabricated out of MS pipe medium grade 15 mm dia cut to lenght as per site requirement duly painted white with synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer having through hole and cut of suitable size at both end for fixing ceiling fan and clamp etc complete as as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Modular AC Socket box including socket and with 25Amps SP MCB, 230 Volts, 50Hz. Complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB C Curve type, 10 kA, 10 to 32 Amp, Single Pole with over load and short circuit protection complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB DB conforming to IP 43 - IK 09 with double door, SPN 08 way, double door complete with din rail, Neutral and Earthing bar with connection complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of isolator SPN 40amp complete all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvinised earth wire 4 mm by means of nuts, bolts and check nut to earth plate and to main board or DB including necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit, cover frame , GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for protection and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering with funnel, wire mesh, salt and charcoal dust all over the plate all as specified and as directed.
