M&L for point wiring multi stranded complete, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 volts grade electrical cable in but with through suitable concealed/existing PVC PVC conduit and including replacement of modular sunken pressed steel terminal boxes 2mm thick of required size and modular white cover plate with all accessories including 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete and making good to disturbed surface of walls including necessary touch up with adjoining surface of disturbed area i.e with OBD/colour work/white wash as existing finishes complete all as specified and directed . Note :- 1. The Rate is inclusive cutting/chasing and making good distrubed surface with CM 1:3 and same surface finishes with the adjoining surface of distribed area with ODB/colour wash/white wash complete. 2. At roof slab where there is burnt/blockage in the existing conduit wiring will be done through PVC conduit and rate are inclusive in above quoted item. 3. The rate is inclusive if old wiring is normal wiring then new wiring replace with modular point wiring. S&F ceiling rose surface Bakelite 60x 25 mm two to three terminals, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement LED building security light 40 Watts inclduing new bracket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F recessed/surface mounting 36 watt 2' x 2' flat LED panel fitting with soft light and glare free symetrical ilIumination suitable for RCC/POP ceiling supplied with wedge bracket to fix in existing ceiling in replacement of existing old unsv CFL fitting any type from ceiling of common areas and making good disturbed surface/POP ceiling to match and getting electrically connected the fitting with switch board for suitable size of PVC copper wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of sheet metal enclouser V TPN 4 way Double door DB, IP-54 bus bar neutral link earth bar and din rail make MDS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of on distribution board MCCB 125 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 Volts with 25 kA including electrical connection with bus bar or incomer with appropriate size of aluminium lugs and insulation packing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclousure for DB's where MCB's to be used Single pole and Neutral 08 way, 240 volts, double door bus bar neutral link,earth bar and din rail complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MCB SPN 40/63 Amps 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate n.less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel besides building at all joints as shown in drgs and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 25mm bore of protection of GI wire from earth electrode, supply and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 Chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate Reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia , PGI funnel and wire mesh , 20 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for watering complete all as shown in drg and connected to earth test point including testing as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and opening / dismantling of ceiling fan, 1200/1400 cutting and taking out old unserviceable winding and M & L for rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing/same gauge including all insulating material required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning the fan bearing/bushing and greasing/oiling and reassebling, testing complete including painting with one coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface and refixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Spare parts like capacitor, bush and bearing are also including under respective items.

All as per above item but exhaust fan 300mm/450mm sweep complete

Supply only capacitor 2.5 mfd capacity 230 volts all as specified and directed

Supply only capacitor 4.0 mfd capacity 230 volts all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Instant Gyser 6 Ltr capacity, 230 V, 50 Hz, connecting and testing all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 12 Watt LED round ceiling Lights, recessed type, energy efficient fix in existing ceiling in replacement of existing old unsv fitting any type from ceiling of common areas and making good disturbed surface/POP ceiling to match and getting electrically connected the fitting with switch board for suitable size of PVC copper wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring twin core any size complete and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring of two runs of 6 Sqmm size for main cable and one run of 6 Sqmm size earth continuity conductor of single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked , drawn PVC conceiled conduit of size 25mm dia with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Phase should be Red/Yellow/Blue, neutral should be black and earthing wire should be of green colour. Two runs of cable for 3 phase neutral and for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length (ii) The rates are inclusive of Cutting / chasing and making good to disturbed surface with CM 1: 3 and same surface finishes with the adjoining surface of disturbed area with OBD/Colour wash /white wash complete.
