S&F of Junction box thermoplastics polystyrene/polycarbonate enclosure, shock proof, IP65 (weather proof), rust proof, dust proof, water proof, internally embedded gasket with provision for all side cable entry through glands (IP-65) and/or grommets (IP-55). Size of enclosure: (205x255 x112) mm With suitable connecters for 2Ph/1Ph loop in loop out and branch out vibration proof connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for GI Tubes,of size 80 mm dia light grade, galvanised, with all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I (1991).

M&L for plate Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron electric arc welding all joints all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering and tested on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I (1991).

M&L for boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing by manual technology using necessary machine including material and labour for suitable dia of GI pipe 50 to 80 mm GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note :- The quoted rate shall deemed to be included of any damage done during execution of work and the same will be repaired/replaced by the Contractor.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology including 150 mm dia HDPE pipe suitable for 0.6 mpa working pressure. Note :- The quoted rate shall deemed to be included of taking permission from concerned authority like Army Signal and other utility authority and any damage done during execution of work and the same will be repaired/replaced by the Contractor.

Supplying, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT panel not less than 3mm thick of modular polycarbonate thermoplastic enclosures outdoor type with copper bus bar of capacity 630A, factory made, CPRI approved,e floor mounting type, environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen and silicon free, anti-acid and anti corrosive, enclosure should be IP-65 Protection in accordance with IEC 60529.The gasket material shall be polyurethane while the gasket shall be internally embedded including suitable working space in bus bar chamber suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415V,50HZ,AC supply and fixed on raised PCC 1:2:4,type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) raised base with cable glands, phase indicators, internal wiring, CT of suitable Ratio, digital voltmeter and ammeter, air passing holes with bproper spacing to accommodate to all control switches and other accessories, cable connections with suitable size of lugs/thimble etc including suitable size canopy to cover the panel with proper fixing arrangement including excavation and elarth work including dismantling the unserviceable panel and comprising the followings. Note:-. 1. The manufacturer of board / panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60 439-1 and IEC 61 439-2 for power switchgear and control gear assembly. The contractor must be submitted routine test certificate from manufacturer/principal company in accordance with IEC 60 439-1. The type test report as per CPRI (in accordance with IEC 60 439-1) should consist with following: i) Degree of protection of system ii) Temperature Rise Limit iii) Dielectric Properties iv) Short Circuit Withstand Strength v) Effectiveness of protective circuit vi) Clearance and creepage distance vii) Mechanical Operation 2. For better safety the Polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-1, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 deg. Cent. 3. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures / boards i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. 4. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. 5.The quoted rate includes the excavation, earth work and required base for fixing the complete panel.

Cent. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report, degree of Ingress Protection IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane, while the gasket shall be internally embedded complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note:-The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of type test report by CPRI that panel is made out of thermoplastic Polycarbonate in accordance with IEC 60439-1 and IEC 61439-2 for power switchgear and control gear assembly. Panel should have consisted of dew guard which is a passive solution for mitigation of condensation. The function of Dew Guard is to absorb moisture during high humidity and releases moisture during low humidity. This process ensures that a constant level of humidity is maintained in the enclosed space, due to which the product continues to be in function over a large period of time and protects against condensation. It absorbs moisture without any saturation, even in high humidity and maintain the humidity level in the panel.
