M&L for painting up to 200 mm bore New MS/GI pipe with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of red post office synthetic enamel paints on all external steel surface after throughly cleaning/scraping of old paints, rust and scale etc.before applying the primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing in replacement of unserviceable fire hydrant fanged landing valve, oblique type, single outlet with hose copling adaptor of size 63 mm bore made of gun metal with female mouth and cast iron wheel and instantaneous spring lock, blank cap with chain confirming to IS:5290 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item srl No. 6.00 here-in-before but double headed outlet type.

Supply and fix in replacement of air cushioning tank (air vessel) size 250 mm dia 1000 mm heigh with discharge tophead, made of minimum 6 mm thick MS pipe / plate complete with 20 mm dia. Brass air valve (ball type) 20 mm dia stop valve pressure gauge with brass stop cock, nipple tees elbows and all accessories complete as as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement hose box made of 18 gauge MS sheeet 800mmX600mmX250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside complete all as specifid and as directed.

S&F and testing in replacement of unserviceable swinging hose reel comprising of ply rubber hose of size 20mm(3/4"), 30 m long tested with 25kg/cm²/350 psi bursting pressure with wall mounted mild steel pressel reel with 180º angle swinging with non-jamming controlling handle which shall stay at the ON/OFF position as set, wall bracket with 'U' shaped reel carrier made of CI of post office red colour finish in and including gun metal noel and shut off ball valve, heavy duty confirming to IS: 884 and ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 63 mm dia 15 m long hose confirming to IS-636 complete with male and female coupling confronting to IS-903 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Gun metal fire brigade inlet connection for connecting to external fire hydrant ring main consisting of two Nos 63 mm dia instateneous type male coupling with built in check valves and 150 mm dia, flanged outlet with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Gun metal fire brigade inlet connection (suction collecting head) consisting of four Nos 63 mm dia instateneous type male coupling with built in check valves and 150 mm dia sluice valve (one No 150mm dia NRV), and 150mm dia flanged outlet complete with all acessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of fire alarm sounders / sirens electronic type operating voltage 20-26 volt DC horizontal two stage continuous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65db to 120db measured at 1.5 m with sound output Variation of +5db 500 m range complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of jockey pump horizontal end suction centrifugal type confirming to 12469:1988 with CI casing, bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings base plate suitable for automatic operation with non overloading power characterstics for frequent start/stop operations for 440 V, 3 phase 50 Hz 70 m head, 180 LPM discharge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of mono block pump 5.0 HP capacity with minimum discharge 3.5 LPS and head range 36-40 meter 440V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz with CI casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of star delta strater three phase 415 volt in sheet-steel enclosure type with three pahse protection suitable for motor pump rating 5.0 HP 3 phase 415 volt 50 Hz relay range 18-25 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement dial type pressure gauge 100mm dia of 0-21 Kgs/Sqm rating all as specified and directed.

Supplying and install in replacement yard fire hydrant box, outdoor type of internal size not less than 105 X 142 cm and 84 cm width, made out of 18 SWG thick CRCA mild steel sheet, factory made, totally enclosed with front side hinged openable cover with locking arrangement and pad lock duly painted with two coat of red post office colour synthetic enamel paint on outside surface and white colour paint on inside surface over a coat of red oxide primer comprising 4 mm thick glass window of size not less than 76 X 76 cm on front side openable cover inscribed with word 'FIRE' (5 inch size) with post office red synthetic enamel paint. The box to be installed on brick pillar foundation with suitable size of MS foundation bolt grouting in and including dismantling corroded/worn out yard fire hydrant box from brick pillar foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of indoor LT panel board fixed on angle iron frame of 50x50x5mm (thisk) double door opening with locking arrangement, including necessary incoming and outgoing cable connections, cable glands, thimbles of required sizes working on 440 Volt 3 Phase, 50Hz, AC supply with aluminium bus bar fully compartmentalised mounted on epoxy insulator, dust proof and vermin proof 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure powder coated suitable and all as specified and having the following items:- (a) Aluminium bus bar for three phase with neutral of capacity 150 Amps-01 Set. (b) MCCB FP 100 amps 415 volt AC supply ruputuring capacity 50KA (CU-ICS) as main incoming-03 No (01 I/C +02 O/G) (L&T or equivalent). (c) Star delta soft starter with necessar4y control/accessories suitable for pump operation for 7.5 pump set with ON/OFF/TRIP indication lamps, START, STOP, Push button-02 Nos (Make: L&T/ABB/Simens). (d) Voltmeter0-500V digital type with inbuilt phase selection-01 No. (e) Ameter 0-300 A digital type with reincast CT set of 3 & with in built phase selection -01 No. (f) Indicator lamp RYB LED type-Set of three.

Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated copper power cables of size 10 Sqmm 3 core 650/1100V grade confirming to IS: 7098 (Pt-I) 1988 through pipes/cable duct.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1,using (20mm graded stone aggregate), "mild steel angle iron frame" made out of MS angle iron of size 40x 40 x 6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering 40mm dia light grade, GI pipe for lead protection in & including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical "plate No 3" and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing as directed.

M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32X6 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in any type of PCC/Hard/Dense Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including leveling,watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication/structural work with mild steel / angle iron in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including belding / bracing, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of black paint (one coat before fixing and one coat of black paint after fixing) complete all as specified and as directed.
