Dismantling ceiling boards of any description and any thickness, including cover fillets and frame/ grid work of false ceiling any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L white Laminated Gypsum board fixing on Gl frame work of grid size 605x605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners withand including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre tocentre Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and fixing False ceiling at any height with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edge GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.85 (with 50 mm thick glass wool) as per IS 8225 :1987, Non-combustible as per BS 476 (part-4) -1970 and light reflectance of 75-85% to be laid in true horizontal level or in slope as per site requirement suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) Comprising of main - T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000 mm, cross-T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 m of length 600 mm to from grid module of size 600x600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre and 40 mm long dry wall SS screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling boarding of any description as in panelling any thickness, including cover fillets in any surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of thickness 5mm ( ±0.25 ) consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm ( ±0.25 ) thick Prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be Density of 600 Kg /Cum Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified Company. The strips should have in their center a groove of 6mm width and 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10” between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S. screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a strips of 5mm ( ±0.25 ) thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in Cement mortar 1:6 as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of LED lights from false ceiling any type and refixing the same with a minor reapir and cleaning complete al as specified and directed . Note : Arrangment of ladder as per site requirement is the solely responsibilty of contractor .

Supply and fixing in replacement LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete

Supply & fix in replacement recess mounted circular downlighter warm /cool white LED light of 18 W (dia as per sample ) PVC body and suitable heat sink ,glare free lights complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement recess mounted circular downlighter warm /cool white LED light of 9-12 W (dia as per sample ) PVC body and suitable heat sink ,glare free lights complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down regulator, sealing cable ends and removing regulator to store&.Hanging only ceiling fan (M.D. supply) and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan® Note any minor repair like capacitor ,bearing ,cleaning included in the quoted rate

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type 1100V grade 2 x4 sqmm complete drawn in new PVC concealed conduit and its accessories along with 1x4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type cable for continuous earth wire and duly connected to common earth dolly including taking out old unserviceable submain wiring all as specified and directed

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type 1100V grade 2 x1.5 sqmm complete drawn in new PVC concealed conduit and its accessories along with 1x1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type cable for continuous earth wire and duly connected to common earth dolly including taking out old unserviceable submain wiring all as specified and directed

Taking down and refixing of AC duct from the ceiling with minor repairs like welding ,sholdering ,brazing,nut bolts to inhance the performanve of the system . Fixing of ducts includes any kind of hole fastner as per site requirement to ensure the safey of the equipment and any type of massonary work if required complette all as specified and directed . Note : arrangment of ladder as per site requirement is the solely responsibilty of contractor .

M&L for insulation of AC duct to be refixed (retrived from item No 21) into ceiling with 9 mm neutral foam -aluminium foil complete all as specified and directed
