M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smoothe surface without using extra cement on wall in double storey building etc incl taking down and apply two coats of OBD complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal exising old surfaces of wall / ceiling by scrubbing with hard brushing ,brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook root mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water and applying Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 12 (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by L1 contractor within 7 days after opening of Financial Bid otherwise tender will be cancelled. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 12 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

S&F drappery curtain rods stainless steel 25 mm nominal dia of approved quality with two number decorative brackets design as approved fixed in brick/concrete wall with same finished knobs/latto on each end of curtain rod complete all as required and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc. of the tank by scrapping with hard plastic/nylon wire brush and washing it with bleaching powder solution and thereafter washing the same with clean water from service water tank and mouth of circulating pipe of capacity of tank upto 1000 litre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 600x600x08 to 09mm thick coloured vitrified tiles(joint less) (make of tiles as approved by GE)as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, including pointing in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including hacking out the existing floor surface,cleaning with water and applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm on prepared surface of floor and including cutting/adjusting of existing door shutter at required height after taking down and refixing complete all as specified directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and Skelton door shutter, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/gauge etc. (without sash bar) edge of frames plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitered beads for securing glass/gauge etc size of member as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 20(a) and fixed to chowkat(incl two nos 150 mm long extruded aluminium tower bolts, three nos 100mm long medium weight MS butt hinges, two nos 150 mm long extruded aluminium handles, one stopper and two nos 300 mm long Aluminum Sliding door bolts and two coats synthetic enamel paint along with one coat of pink primer) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for non skid coloured rectified ceramic tiles (300x300x)7 to 8mm thick in floors, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor in CM 1:6 including dismantling the existing tiles with screed and removal of debries out of MOD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge, approved by GE.

M&L for coloured ceramic tiles (300x600mm)x7mm thick on vertical surfaces on skirting /dados and risers to steps etc including rendering 10mm thick cement mortar in CM 1:4 ,including dismantling the existing tiles with screed and removal of debries out of MOD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, approved by GE.

M & L for 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) and fixed complete to walls and or laid under floors etc incl, cutting chases in wall where ever required and then making good including dismantling of old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) and fixed complete to walls and or laid under floors etc incl, cutting chases in wall where ever required and then making good including dismantling of old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18-20 mm thick Black Granite stone work (table rubbed and polished) over and including15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite,front and side of slab moulded and polished including dismantling the existing stone slab with screed/ backing and removal of debries out side the MOD Land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note- The cost of making hole for Gas pipe in cooking plateform is included in unit cost of item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply,installation,testing,commissioning of factory made and tested, CPRI approved LT Panel, in door type, wall mounted of size 1200x200x800 mm (LxWxH) suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system having bus bar chamber with duly insulated electrolytic copper bus bar of capacity 250 amps rating insulated on DMC insulators with busbar chamber.The Panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP 42 class protection and made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, front opening type with approns for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable gland , internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conduction FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqm. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrossive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of siemens grey RAL-7035 Shade complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work also comprising of the following:- BUS BAR CHAMBER:- (a) 250 Amp TPN, copper conductor, with color coded heat shrinkable sleave and shall be mounted on non hygroscopic, non combbustible, track resist, high strenth DMC material. interconnection of all incomming & out goings. M&L for disconnecting all the cable connection from indoor LT Panel and servicing to Panel board (Approximate size 1700mm x1300mm x 300mm) opening up all cubical doors, cleaning with air blower, removing the burnt out unserviceable copper wiring kit and burn out unserviceable extended copper terminals/copper cable and replacing with new copper extended terminal bus bar with suitable size along with required nut bolt, washers and cleaning with air blower to serviceable parts like MCCB's, all terminals, replacement of damaged aluminium/copper lugs any discription of LT UG cable/ copper wire incomming and out going, welding of broken door with suitable hinges, replacement of defective copper wiring with suitable copper conductor with circuit indiator replacement of defective rubber beading,writing various feeder complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Maintenance Free Earthing for Rocky Soil based on 17.2mm x 2000mm long Copper Bonded Steel Electrode (Met-Chem CEET3960) with Copper Bonding Thickness of minimum 250 Microns fixed with Nut bolts incl excavation/Earth work (Earth Pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs deep below Gd level). The Panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP 42 class protection and made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated finish outside,front openable type for cable entry with locking arrangement internal wirig with PVC insulated flexible copper conductor with the following incoming and outgoing feeders including the writting of qtr Nos on LT Panels.
