M&L for brick work with sub-class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chipping of spalled/loose concrete of RCC columns, beams, slabs etc and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washing with water, allowed to dry including de-rusting of corroded reinforcement using antirust chemical of Fosroc or Sika or equivalent as approved applying Zinc rich epoxy primer over exposed old reinforcement of Fosroc or Sika or equivalent as approved, applying 40mm thick (avg thickness) guniting (mix using 1 part of Cement OPC 53 grade and 2 part of the Ghaggar / Badarpur sand mixed with water proofing compound) with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg/ Cm2 by guniting machine over and including the steel welded mesh 75mm x 75mm x 3mm, surface finished even & fair including necessary steel scaffolding & formwork as required in 11 storied building complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate of steel welded mesh & water proofing compound shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 6 on brick work or on concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over a coat of exterior primer (applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm) over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty on new plastered external surfaces etc complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for and removal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS plates 8 to 10 mm thick (plain or chequered), channel, square, cut or notched (orindary and counter sunk) with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in grills / grating, gates etc end of bars shouldered and / or rivated or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders frame balusters, walk ways railing, framework of water tank and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar exc. half brick thick but not exc. one brick thick for inserting holdfasts, making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or Zinc Chromate primer complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided removal for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 40 to 50mm bore steel tubing and connections, including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 50mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors with suitable CPVC clamp & connecting with inlet & outlet pipe with required size of brass threaded fitting/ reducer/ connector complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 23 but 40mm outer dia CPVC pipes.

All as per item 23 but 25mm outer dia CPVC pipes.

S&F in replacement 25mm outer bore CPVC gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, rain water or PVC sewage pipe (any size or pattern) including all fittings including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site (Measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, jointing with solvant cement or adhesive fixed to walls with PVC clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, jointing with solvant cement or adhesive fixed to walls with PVC clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal with oval access door including fixing to pipe with solvant cement or adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, double (double Y) equal or unequal with oval access door including fixing to pipe with solvant cement or adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal with oval access door including fixing to pipe with solvant cement or adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cleaning and removal of mud / silt, plastic waste, poly packs and foreign material accumulated in the strom water drain/culvert upto 1.50 metre depth around the periphery of Cab Sectt Building permises and inside the main building by manual or mechanical means & disposal of the waste material outside the building premises in the MCD low lying area by private vehicle as and when directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work etc complete all as specified.

Taking down existing window (of any description) alongwith builder hardware fitting & MS grill making good the disturbed surface to match the existing in CM 1:4 rubber packing around the outer frame of window and S&F powder coated aluminium window using 63mm X 38mm X 1.6mm chowkhats with 45mm X 45mm X 1.6mm openable section as in shutter including 4.00mm thick glass panes of approved make with aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass and including powder coated aluminium builder hardware such as handles 100mm - 02 Nos, tower bolts 100mm 02 Nos, hooks and eye - 02 Nos, 150mm stainless steel butt hinges 100mm 04 Nos etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing window (of any description) alongwith builder hardware fitting & MS grill making good the disturbed surface to match the existing in CM 1:4 rubber packing around the outer frame of window and S&F powder coated aluminium fixed window/ partition of approved design using 63 mm x 38mm x 1.6mm frame work with 4.0 mm fixed thick glass including aluminium beading & rubber packing for fixing glass, area of each panel not exc 1.20 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mirror polished machine cut granite stone slab 20mm thick dressed true and square, in one length not less than opening size in Door / window in jambs & cill & length will be as per the length of cill & jamb of Door/ windows), etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed laid over a bedding layer of screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:4 pointed in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture or pigment to match with shade of granite slab complate all as specified and directed.
