Material & Labour for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying exterior two or more coats of APEX/WEATHER over 3mm thick putty including priming coat of exterior primer applied complete upto 4 storeys building complete all as specified & Directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces/brick surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing plant including roots by dismantaling of brick work PCC/RCC including necessary scaffoilding any type in any location/position i.e roof , parapet wall near pipes etc and applying acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowth and making good of disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) & 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 size of disturbed portion 150 x 150 x 200mm complete all as specified & directed by Engr - In - Charge.

M&L for exterior ( out door) wall tiles size 350mm x250mm x 7to 8mm thick/450x350x7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with colour tile etc including 15mm thick of cement plaster (1:4) incl WPC ( make/design /pattern as approved by GE). Including taking down existing tiles of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls and romove from defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling to brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers laid on roof including removing the mud faska or any type o treatment including demolished materials removed from out side defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stops rounded of chamfered on edge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with integrlal water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for 55mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid as in padding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Laying of 3mm thick prefabricated APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 170 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HM-HDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatement shall be minimum 10 years complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L applying two coats of water proofing aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing tanks capacity exc. 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr,and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing tanks capacity exc. 500 ltr but n.exc 1000 ltr,and removing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded vertical water storage tanks with closed tops ( cylinderical ) fix hoisted and in position 500 ltr capacity incl refixing the existing GI fitting and pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 ltr rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (cylinderical vertical with closed top) white in colour hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I refixing the existing GI fitting and pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing or removing from site of 15mm bore pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 19 here in before but 20mm bore.

S&F 15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade , galvanized ISI marked with all fittings fixed to wall & ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 21 here in before but 20mm bore

S&F in repair gate valves gun metal with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed 20mm fixed in repair.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F for PVC SWR bends 110 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F PVC SWR bends 75 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm single socketed, in any length with solvent cement joints fixed to walls/laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

All as per Item No 29 here in before But 75 mm dia.

S&F for PVC SWR Junction piece 75 mm provided with access door equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F for 110 mm PVC SWR Junction single (Single T) provided with access door complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F for PVC SWR vent cowl of size 110 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F for PVC SWR vent cowl of size 75 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cemet and pigments 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with 15mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) including 100mm thik cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors finishes including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F precast machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade of any shape and size confirming to IS -15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved and 100mm thick plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, surface finished even and dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidtion as per specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in Plinth Protection using 40 mm stone aggregate including making joints & filling with sand bitumen mastic as per complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F in repair factory made SFRC manhole / drain cover (Grade M-25) heavy duty cover slab in rectangular shape of size as required, 80 mm thick incl MS sheet 2 mm thick all around the cover including demolition of cover, complete spefcified and directed by Engr - in - charge.
