M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of wall by mechanical grinder and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building.

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfacesof any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal from site (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes (6 kg/ cm2) pressure pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engg in Charge.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.25 sq m area and not exceeding 0.5 sq m fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade-202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing &including silicon treatment over 15 mm thick backing layer in CM 1:4 incl dismantling of existing stone complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Size and colour of stone to be matched with existing stone) Note: Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement with existing reinforcement as directed wherever required binding RCC 100mmx100mm (10 gauge welded mesh) & tack welding after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of sika latex or equivalent in Forsoc/BASF/Dr Sunanda with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of sika latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary potland cement 43 grade and 2 part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive /admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floting with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in cement 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement cleaning and removing of waste material etc as directed at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Welded mesh & addl reinforcement if required measured and paid separetly Note: Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building.

M&L for hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length, bent to shape required of mild steel wire mesh / welded mesh and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for uprooting of plants (girth n.exc 15 cm of trunk to any height of plants) grown along the pipes or walls, chajjas, parapets and roof of bldgs and making good the surfaces as per existing surfaces and pouring acid not less than 100 ml for each plant in the root to avoid further growth as directed. Any other grass plants etc below 45 cm height shall be deemed to be removed from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC chhaja (Factory made) exc 0.2 sqm and not exc 0.6 sqm and fasterner 150mm long with complete set as per sample including demolition of old RCC chhaja complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and approval by GE.

Demolition cement concrete (reinforced) as in roofs, ground floors and upto 4 storey of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregates (Nominal Mix) as in Chajjas complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building.

Form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges with fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required,including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, chajjas hooking ends and binding with with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground levels complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished material Out of MOD Land exc. 5 km upto 10 km depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm,deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand for 50 mm thick filling under interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with ceramic/glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work described in these items shall be executed in bldgs up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements, trestles, ladders etc and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Note :- Removing building materials /debris / old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc. to a distance of 5km or beyond out side MOD Land.
