M&L preparation of new plastered ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings includind forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep as per approved pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, below tiles for levelling of existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7 to 8 mm thick, Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles, 600 x 300 x 7 mm/450x350x7mm thick, in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry laid over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match the shade of tile complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from frame) area not exc 1.50 Sqm each including builder hardware fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismantling of old existing paver block tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre (Size of grid 605X605 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed to GI framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick Granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite & half curving the edges of granite stone slab over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of old stone slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20mm thick over and including cement screed base 15mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and filling epoxy grout over it and rubbing and polishing including dismantling of old existing Kota Stone complete all as specified.

M&L Kota stone slab 20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and rubbing and polishing complete all as specified

S&F steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staples and one shop coat of primer, erected in position including welding as indicated complete, push, pull or manual type, thickness of laths 1.25mm, including taking down old rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated wall surface and applying 2mm thick of wall care putty then scrubbing by sand paper to prepare a even surface and applying two coats of OBD of any colour as approved complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, wall, chequered floor, roof (corrugal) surface, by brooming and removing all loose layers of old treatment, efflorescence soot and moss by wire brush and filling all nail holes and patches with cement based wall care putty and applying one coat of weather proof Exterior emulsion paint of colour & shade as approved (to match with the Existing surface) complete all as specified and as directed. Make- As per list of makes. (Note: Quoted rates shall deemed to be included painting at any height including scaffolding work safety gears and T&P etc as required).

Dismantling / taking out of existing roof treatment with APP membrane of any thickness including taking out existing screed bed / rendering of any thickness with all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of mud / cement concrete in roof including plastering and leeping including cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechnical brush throughly to remove old dirt / loose particles to expose clean concrete slab clean with watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting,grouting with cement and sand slurry in 1:3 complete all as spesified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12.50 mm graded stone agg with WPC as in padding to maintain proper slope as required all as specified (WPC shall be paid seperatly.)

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 over PCC bedding with water Proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this Schedule as supply only)

M & L for providing and applying smart care Dampproof, a fidre reinforced elastometric liquid water prrofing membrane formulated with reinforced acrylic fibres having Sun Reflective Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/ vertical surfaces of roof/ wall/ chajjas in multiple costs @2.0 litre/ sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric water proofing liquid (Dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : Water) and other coat to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40GSM Geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd &3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Cgarge. Make : SmartCare Damp Proof of Asian or equivalent in Berger/ Nerolac/ STP/Fosroc/Sika only. Notes: (1) The work shall be executed through authorised appplicatot of manufacturer only. (2) Authorised Applicator shall be approved by GE befor starting the work. (3) All materials shall be produced directly from manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Cgarge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Cgarge shall deface the original purchage vouchers. (4) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water Proofingtreatment for a period of Eight years i favour of GE. A sum equivelent to 2.5% ( Two point five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor's duues as security deposite. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposite receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in fevour of Garrison Engineer.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving N exc 15cm thickness( below or above ground level) including disposal of all debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in panel, including filling the joints with sand mixed with bitumen in 1:1 ratio complete all as specified and as directed.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials outside MOD land (As approved by local Municipal Authorities) by manual/mechanical means including loading, transporting and unloading the same exc 15 Km but n exc 20 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CEILING PANELS: Pre-fabricated Modular ceiling Panels, 50mm thick, with sloping panels PUF panels, between one sheets of 0.8mm & One Sheet 0.5 mm PPGI (Pre Painted Galvanized Steel) having PUF density of 40kg/m3 with proper supports. Wall panels shall be fixed to the floor with Channels & anchor fastener and interlocked with each other thru CAM LOCK system. Ceiling Panels shall be supported with wall panels thru L type Flashing, CAM LOCK system and ceiling support system as required. Panels including cutouts for lights, pendants, electrical switch sockets etc. Antibacterial & Antifungal paint coating supply and installation of jointless coating: for wall ceiling and corner panels: filling of all joints and cavities with metal epoxy filler and sanded flush to provide a seamless finish including one primer and three coats of antibacterial and anti fungal paint equivalent to a min dry film thickness of 300 microns including dismantling of old existing ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.
