Material and labour for repair to cracks and damaged surfaces of the existing RCC roof beams /coloumns (Appx 15m high from natural ground leavel) by structural stengthenging using epoxy injection grouting with Conbextra EP-10 of FOSROC or equivalent epoxy resin grout of Chemistik/Webac as approved by GE all as per manufactures instructions specified here as under:- (a) Fixing of PVC Nozzles in Zigzag fashion not more than 1 mtr centre to centre on RCC surfaces as required after drilling holes in concrete fixing PVC nozzles with fast setting mortar and covered with Renderoc plug. The size of holes shall be 10mm dia 100 mm in depth. (b) Epoxy injection gouting with Conbextra EP-10 by using standard pressure grounting pump after properly mixing resin and hardener to the exitent till it refuses to accpet further grout all as per manufactures instructions and as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. (c) Cutting & flushing of Nozzles with the surfaces after complete grouting and sealing the nozzles with RENDEROC plug and preparing the surfaces all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc, girth not exc 10cm and making good in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality including welding to existing bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, including welding to existing bar etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia . complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for factory made RCC drain cover with cover frame comprising of 75 mm thick cover, area of each cover slab exc 0.5 Sqm & n exc 1.00 sqm including provision of hot dip galvanized lifting hook for lifting overall cover with suitable size angle iron frame, RCC cover of M30 or higher grade concrete by vibro compression process, medium duty, confirming to IS-12592 including fixing on manhole, demolition of existing cover with cover frame and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.
