Supply and fixing in replacement fully automatic star delta starter suitable for 3 phase, 415V, containing Electric over current protection relay range of suitable range with external CT 960 Amp, AC-3, 25 Amp rating contactor and back up protection HRC fuse of suitable rating motors of upto 5 HP Capacity including it is to be mounted on existing LT Panels of AC plants and connections with suitable size single core copper conductor wire & brass terminals of 6 way complete all as specified and as directed. Supply install, testing and commissioning of copper wounded servo voltage stabilizer, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply with 50 HZ frequency for automatic operation naturally oil cooled designed (for unbalanced input and unbalanced load) for input variation between 360V to 460V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50Hz, AC with output voltage stabilized at 415V +1% (adjustable) 3phase 4 wire AC and speed of correction 8 voltage per sec for single phase, indoor floor mounted type capacity of 250 KVA suitable for operation between 0 to 0 degree Celsius ambient temperature and conforming to BIS 9815: part-I : 1994 reaffirmed 2009, the servo stabilizer for easy movement complete all as specified and including the following features :- (i) Waveform distortion should be Nil. (ii) Efficiency shall be more than 97% on full load. (iii) Response time not to exceed 10MS. (iv) Immune to load PF & supply frequency variations. (v) Following protection should be provided:- (a) Automatic low/high voltage cut off in the output with audio visual alarm cum cancellation and acknowledgment facility. (b) Short circuit protection in each phase with LED indicator lamps and with a common MCCB, 4 pole of Suitable capacity to trip of the output when the input supply/ load goes beyond ,limits. Material and labour for AC sub main wiring with three runs of single core 6 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS (conforming to IS-694), stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade in PVC casing caping (medium grade) of adequit size with all fittings and accessories surface type (wall/ Ceiling) including one runs of 6 Sqmm single core unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLS (conforming to IS-694) as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Three runs of cable with one run of earth wire shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) Earth wire shall run inside the PVC casing caping (iii) Suitable color code of wire must be ensure for phase/ neutral/ earth.
