M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized iron strip 4 mm dia as earth lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers earth pit surrounded by picked layer of coal dust and 15 mm thick mixture in equal ratio of magnesium sulphate & copper sulphate in all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate NO 5 of SSR Part I (1991) and connecting to earthing test point, including CI cover, frame and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and framing including necessary earth work etc, complete all as specified Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one meter away from building shall be provided in slanting manner. Note :- PCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-I 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg (sqm in liew of CI). Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm strip galvanised iron or steelComplete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L in replacement of earth contuinity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,laying, jointing,testing LT cable 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated armoured and PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty, including cable glands, cable lugs etc. to suit the cable size, laid in trenches, fixed along the poles bare or through G.I. Pipe laid under floors road etc; fixed concealed in walls encased in G.I. Pipe etc. complete sizze of LT cable 240 Sq mm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard and dense soil n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe,foundation for poles, stay, laying cables etc and getting out complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting pointcomplete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning of cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks old size as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying across the cable complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note : Punned down thickness will be measured and paid

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggrigate in foundation, roof,kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches or fix on wall for cable protection of 80 mm bore complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting of road/ hard standing up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of cable protection pipe including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 and block top with black bituminous upto existing surface level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches to clear the over head lines enroute of LT over head lines/feeders (including repairing and jointing of ACSR Conductor if damaged during cutting of trees) and removal of the trimmed branches of tree and deposit the same in waste bins inside the campus complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC type D-2 ( 1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregates in foundation incl neccessory form work and fair finis to exposed surface without using extra cement etc.complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium thimble stud type suitable for size of cable 400 sq mm all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium thimble stud type suitable for size of cable 185 sq mm all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium thimble stud type suitable for size of cable 120 sq mm all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium thimble stud type suitable for size of cable 35 sq mm all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
