Comprehensive maintenance of microprocessor online UPS of various capacity comprising of suitable Nos of power modules to achive input THDI6% and input power factor of greater than 0.98 at 100% loading the UPS frame shall have the space to scalable 20% of the rated output in future if required. True online double conversion (VF) as per (IEC 62040-3) UPS three phase input and three phase 415 volts output UPS system alongwith on load servo voltage stabilizer 3 phase 415 Volt air cooled type transformer. Note: (i) Comprehensive maintenance includes fault finding, repair or replacement of defective parts viz AC and DC capacitors, fans, air filters, inverter card, rectifier system, controler card, IGBT cards, battery system and inbuilt electrical components of OEM or authorized dealer of OEM.The capacity of UPS is as follows:- (i) 2x 120 KVA (Make- Emerson) (ii) 2x 100 KVA (Make-Labotek) (iii) 2x 100 KVA (Make- Hitachi) (iv) 2x 60 KVA (Make- APC) (v) 1x 30 KVA (Make- Labotek)

Comprehensive maintenance, checking, servicing, preventive/periodical, routine maintenance, cleaning, inspection, testing and operation of various capacities Precision Air conditioners i/c replacement of defective spares/ parts refrigerant system alongwith preventive maintenance of indoor and outdoor unit system complete as required or as per OEM recommondation for Old bldg and ARMIS bldg at DPL complex ARC through OEM or authorized dealer of OEM. Details of equipments & devices is as under:- (i) PAC 6.0 TR capacity (Dencohappel make) - 04 Nos (ii) PAC 8.5 TR capacity (Dencohappel make) - 02 Nos (iii) PAC 3.5 TR capacity (Dencohappel make) - 02 Nos (iv) PAC 3.5 TR capacity ( Stulz make ) - 01 Nos Note: (i) Comprehensive maintenance includes fault finding repair or replacement of defective parts, supply of refrigerant and charging/top/up of refrigerant gas in case of leakage/low cooling, repair and replacement of all major and minor parts viz compressor units, evaporator coil unit, condensor fan motor & FSC, blower motor, solenoid valve, thermostattic expansion valve, main controller card/PCB unit and all electrical switch gear components of PAC unit.

Note: (i) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM/authorized dealer of OEM and copy of the agreement submitted to accepting officer for his approval before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (ii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing UPS/PAC by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipments. (iii) After complaint lodging within 02 hours repair team required to reach on site including Sundays and Holidays. (iv) The contract including 100% spare parts like replacement of electrical switchgear, fuses, control & power transformers, dust filters, indicating lamps, however repairing of above components will be part of scope including labour, routine maintenance of battery including filling electrolyte deemed to be in the quoted rate. In case of battery is totally damaged, afte: necessary verification in presence of Engr-in-Charge. If new battery is required after necessary check up will be supplied by the department under Schedule 'B'. Fixing charges of battery will be included in the quoted rate. (v) Routine check shall be carried out by OEM/Authorized dealer of OEM as per mentioned in particular specification. (vi) Contractor has to submit maintenance report duly signed by OEM/Authorized dealer of OEM for each machineries.
