Supply & Fix ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) control system including Battery & PC cards/ diodes, for lifts including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix lift duty VVVF drive model L-1000 for 20HP/15 KW lift main motor complete with all accessories all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fix Landing operation push button station full collective surface mounted type with two way communication system completes with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix car operating push button station feather touch type with steel plate Up-Down arrow with detail display for floor indicator, call indicator with two-way communication system completes with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cabin lighting with LED Technology for lift cabin with LED fixtures of 6 to 10 Watt flush to ceiling including control wiring for auto off complete with all accessories including wiring etc. for installation suitable to suit in existing cabin. Complete all as specifies and as directed.

Material and labour for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car cabin including ceiling and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with the help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to lift cabin surfaces of 08 to 13 passengers lift complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless stell surface of car door/ landing door and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with the help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to doors& facia srufaces of 08 to13 passengers lift complete all as specified and directed.

Note for above items- Items shall be provided as per OEM specification of the lift and approved by the GE (I) R&D Delhi NOTE :- for Item Ser No 1 to 17 (a) The lifts will be handed over to contractor in as and when condition and no claim in this effect will be accepted at any stage. (b) The cost of all electrical / mechanical / electronic parts (includiong sensors / cards) replaced / repaired other than mentioned in BOQ/Sch A, as and when required to making the lift/elevator fully functional, is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. Hence, the bidder is advised to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote thier rates accordingly. (c) Every day checklist as approved by Engr in charge has to be produced by technician with the details of the individual lift. Routine Checking / Testing /Servicing of the lift shall be done on weekly basis including greasing and oiling, if not Rs 1000 will be imposed as penalty for every week and completion of servicing to be produced to Engr in charge (d) Everyday one technician has to be deployed for day to day maint and rectification of faults if any and failing which Rs 1000 will be charged as penalty for every day. Technician should report its attandance to Engr in charge.

(e) Sitting arrangements for mechanic to be provided by Contractor without any claims. (f) The technician employed should have mimimum education qualification of ITI and shall have mimimum 5 years experience and they should produce the attested copy of the certificates to the Engr in charge/ GE before commencement of work. (g) The Contractor will maintain lift in good working conditions without breakdown. The tenderer is advised to maintain the rigourous maintenance schedule to avoid any breakdown and also store the spare parts (Spare parts should be as per OEM's specification) so that any breakdown is attended promptly. (h) The comprehensive maintenance schedule rate includes all the spare parts/defective equipments including consumable which are required for satisfactory maintenance of the Lift as per specification . The Contractor shall not be paid anything extra for these parts/equipments and also to bear all the defects arising during the period. (j) Service the lifts at regular intervals and as frequently as the company deems necessary based on the nature and condition of the elevator, The lift should be maintained in safe and proper working condition. (k) Renew all wire ropes and chains (Where fitted) as often as required to maintain an adequate factor of safety, to equalize the tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cable and hoistway and machine room elevator wiring.

"(l) Equipments covered under the contract:- (a) Renewal of wire ropes and chain (where fitted) as often as required to maintain an adequate factor of safety to equalize the tension on all hoisting ropes ,repair or replace conductor cables and hoist way and machine room elevators wiring, cost of above included in the quoted rated . (b) Systematically examine and adjust the following components :- Machine , Worm Gear, Thrust Bearing, Drive Sheave, Drive Sheave Bearing, Break Contact, Lining and components, etc. Motors, Motor Generator, Motor windings , Rotating elements, Commutator, Brushes, Brush Holders, Bearing Coils, Resistance for operating and motor circuits, Magnet Frames and other Mechanical parts, etc. Controller, Selector, Leveling, Devices, Cams, Relays, car door & landing door sensors Solid states components PCBs, Transducers ,Resistors ,Condensers, Power Amplifiers, Transformers, Contacts ,Leads, Dash pots, Timing Devices ,Steel Selectors tapes and mechanical and electrical driving equipments, etc. Governor, Governor sheaves, shaft assembly bearings, contacts and Governor Jaws. Car and hall mechanical buttons, Car and hall position indicators, hall Lanterns, car direction indicators and all other car landing signal fixtures as installed by Johnson Lifts Pvt Limited. Deflectors or secondary sheaves, bearings car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, top and bottom limit switches, Governor tension sheave assembly, Compensating sheave assembly, Car counter weight and counter weight guide shoes including rollers or gibs. Interlock on hoist way door, hoist way door hangers, guides, automatic power operated door operator, car door hanger, car door contacts, safety shoes, load weighing equipments, car frame, car safety mechanism, platform, ARD including batteries etc."

(m) Replace the gear and motor bearing with necessary recommended lubricants whenever necessary and allm parts of the lift will be checked ,cleaned and lubricated to keep them both mechanically and electrically in perfect working condition. (n) Systematically examine and adjust the fiollowing components :- (i) Motor, Motor Generator, Motor winding, Rotating elements, commutator,brushs and other mechanical[parts. (ii) Controllers, selector, levelling Drives, Mechanical and electrical driving equipments. (iii) Governor, Governor sheaves, shaft assembly, Bearing, contact and Governor Jaws. (iv) Car and hall Mechanical Buttens, car and hall position indicators, hall lanterns, and all other car landing single fixure as installed by OEM. (v) Interlocks on hoistway Door, Hoistway Door Hangar, Car door, safety shoes, load weighing equipment, Car frame, car safety Mechanical and Platform. (vi) Complaint/ breakdown will be attended/rectified within one to two hours. (o) The comprehensive maintinance work of lifts/waiter shall be carried out by OEM only. It is an express condition of the contract that tenders shall upload an MOU at the time of submission of technical bid in this regard with the OEM i.e. ThyssenKrupp/Johnson /OTIS /Shindler/Evaan elevators/Omega duly signed by all connected certified by registrar/ Notary and the same will be produced by the lowest tenderer in original within a week from the date of evaluation of financial bids. (m) Replace the gear and motor bearing with necessary recommended lubricants whenever necessary and allm parts of the lift will be checked ,cleaned and lubricated to keep them both mechanically and electrically in perfect working condition. It is an express condition of the contract that tenders shall upload an MOU at the time of submission of technical bid in this regard with the OEM i.e. ThyssenKrupp/Johnson /OTIS /Shindler/UTL/Skylark duly signed by all connected certified by registrar/ Notary and the same will be produced by the lowest tenderer in original within a week from the date of evaluation of financial bids.

(p) All above mentioned 17 (Seventeen) Lift to be inspected annually by Electrical Inspector of Lift (Govt of Delhi or any equivalent agency) . The contractor will be responsible for liasoning with Asstt Electrical Inspector in Delhi PWD Department for inspection of All the Lift and any Expense pertains to this is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (q) All the complaints are required to be rectified within 24 hrs or within stipulated time given by the JE/Engineer-in-Charge, if, contractor of his tradesmen fails to rectify the defects, the compensation of Rs. 500 .00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per complaint for first 24 hours and Rs 1000 for next 24 hours and after that Rs 2000 per day shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. The decision of accepting officer is this regard shall be final and binding.
