M&L for Position suspended false ceiling system using T-grid suspended ceiling grid system. The size of grid shall be 600 x 600mm with GI frame work main runner 38 x 24mm x 3600 mm, cross tee 25 x 24 x 600mm / 25 x 24 x 1200mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 2540mm ( thickness of the material of 0.30 mm), using 0.50mm thick ceiling tiles metal perforated type powder coated on both faces, fixed in the grid of T-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI bar hanger from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in Soft/loose soil incl removing beyond out side MOD Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring with alternate panel including necessary formwork, Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, adding with fibre reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- (a) Fibre reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperatelly. (b) RMC will be used and supplied from automatic batching plant of capacity more or equal to 22 cum/hr or purchase and brought at site in transit mixer from specified manufacturer of RMC. The rate of RMC shall include for any admixture required, loading, transportation and pumping etc complete (c) The work shall be executed by authorised manufacturer/ applicaters only

(a) Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in concrete shall be 6/12mm long with circum circle diameter of 30-35 microns, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree Celsius & having specific gravity 1.34-1.40. These shall be of approved makes by GE. (b) Polyester triangular fibres, where indicated, shall be uniformally mixed at the rate of 0.25% (or at the rate as per manufacturer's instructions) by weight of cement. Mixing shall be deemed to be included in respective main item (like integral water proofing compound)

M&L for forming Construction Joint 60 mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade B, including a coat of bituminous primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for forming contraction dummy joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade B, including a coat of bituminous primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints in 100 mm thickness of concrete slab, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for (i) Surface preparation and Priming Coat:- Concrete surface shall be clean with wire brushes and washing down with water to remove dust, free from all dirt and foreign debris, and shall be dry. All surfaces must be structurally sound, any unsound material(s) removed by chipping or scarifying. Oil and other contaminants should be removed by solvents or acid etching, and all resultant residues thoroughly removed. When acid etching, surface shall be thoroughly rinsed and neutralized with a 1% ammonia solution. One part of Epoxy Concrete Primer to be diluted with two parts water and applied over the entire area with roller/squeegee at a coverage rate not less than 0.12 Kg/m2. The surface shall be fully coated with primer without allowing the material to accumulate in low spots. JOINT : Special fibre treatment for concrete surface expension/ consruction /dummy joints. FIBER MESH : Pasted with adhesive for concrete sealer (ii) Patch Work/ Resurfacer:- 100% Acrylic based emulsion to repair cracks of concrete and asphalt pavement It should be carried out after 30 days from the date of placement of concrete. The entire area should be flooded with water and checked for depressions of 1/16" or greater. Depressions shall be leveled properly using acrylic resufacer by mixing 1 part of Acrylic Resurfacer to 1 part #60 - #100 mesh silica sand. Only small amount of water to be added if necessary, to achieve workability. Once patching is complete, two applications of Acrylic Resurfacer shall be applied to the surface. Water ,silica sand, and Acrylic Resurfacer must then be mixed thoroughly (50 Kg. of Acrylic Resurfacer 40 Kg. Cement 50 Kg. of Silica sand #80 Clean drinking water @ 1.10 kg/Sqm) until the material is consistent. The amount and size of the sand may be varied to achieve different textures and filling properties. Larger sand will have greater filling properties. The mixed product shall be applied to the surface using a soft, rubber squeegee. The finished surface shall have a uniform appearance and be free of ridges and tool marks. 2nd application should be 90°angle to the 1st application. The coverage rate for acrylic resurfacer shall be 0.29 - 0.40 kg/m2 per application of undiluted material. SBR layer 8 mm thick styrene butadiene rubber cushion to be laid with SBR granules of appropriate size mixed with acrylic binder.

(iii) CUSHION COAT:- Cushion Coat is a resilient, multi-layered application designed to provide the player with added comfort and a more enjoyable playing experience by reducing shock to the lower extremities. Apply 4 coats of Cushion Powder mixed with acrylic binder. Sand shall not be added to cushion coat. The consumption rate for the powder cushion coat is 0.29 kg/m2. cushion coats shall be applied using a soft rubber, or notched squeegee. Each application should be applied perpendicular (90 degrees) to the previous coat. A drying time of at least of 5 hours between each Cushion coat shall be allowed. Each coat must be fully cured before proceeding to the next coat or water may become trapped between the cushion layers and cause peeling and blistering. (iv) COLOR Coat:- Color Coat is a wear resistant, 100% acrylic emulsion consisting of brilliant pigments and quality polymers that are blended into a highly concentrated form and it should not contain any asbestos, lead, or mercury. Two coats of textured base coats (25 Kg. of acrylic color emulsion, 7 - 12 Kg. of Silica sand #80 and clean drinking water 0.615 kg/Sqm) to be applied in perpendicular directions followed by a non-textured top coat pulled parallel to the net. Texture coat coverage is approximately 0.26 kg/m2 per application of undiluted material (v) Game line marking:- game line marking to be done as per standard with floor based line paints. Note:- application shall strictly be carried out by ITF standards approved authorised vender/ manufacturers with all specifications and as approved by the Engineer-incharge. The manufacturer shall give a guarantee for the peformance & durability for 5-years.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 making good of dismantled portion by plastered work and match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces, of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge.

Excavating over areas exc 1.5 m deep for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, plinth course, damp proof course, bed blocks, benching, PCC cills and similar items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 design mix (M-25), using 20mm crushed stone agg as in foundation, including rafts, footings,foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 design mix (M-25), slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling 300mm dia borehole by DTH cum rotary at any depth below the ground level in any kind of rock/soil including hard stone/ boulders including electronic logging, MS cap, MS flt iron clamp, reducing socket etc up to 40 m depth incl disposal of surplus soil to a distance exc 500 away complete all as specified and directed. Note- The depth of drilling bore shall be upto water table and will be directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F self perforated unplasticised PVC pipes 200mm dia of pressure rating 10kg/Sqcm fixed complete to wall or ceiling or in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rates quoted in above items is deemed to be inclusive of all T&P equipments and labour required for execution of this item at site including transportation charge for the said T&P equipments and no extra cost shall be paid for the same.

Supply, installation and testing of UPVC pipe for Air vent-200 mm Dia (SCH-40) with all necessary fittings including jointing and jointing materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with broken stone aggregates of guage 40 to 80 mm in pits, wells complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pea Gravel filling in floors or pavings spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling (200 mm thick) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as apecified and directed.

M&L for fiber reinforced polymer cover of size 600x600mm clear opening and having cover sive 640mm,frame size 710mm, thickness not less than 25mm of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement conc type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand for 50 mm thick filling under interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with ceramic/glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed. Note for above items:- (a) Water proofing compound to be mixed with neat cement slurry and apply in two coats. (b) Removing building materials /old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc. to a distance of 5km or beyond out side MOD Land.

E&M PORTION: Taking down carefully old point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor (Light / Fan/ Socket/ power Point ) complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, pendent holders, regulators and socket point etc and making good the disturbed surface & wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS type copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 V grade including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS type copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly in and including PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked and its accessories including provn of new factory made pressed steel modular switch/terminal box of suitable size and new modular front & back plates of approved colour/model of suitable size for housing the modular switches, sockets, fan regulators for one light/ fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one no, one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cutting chases for concealed conduit and making good in cement mortar is deemed included in unit rate. (ii) No cutting shall be done in the roof for laying PVC conduit for ceiling point wiring. In this specified portion wire shall run through the existing conduit or surface new conduit shall be provided as required. (iii) In case the wiring is encountered with any beam/column, then the wiring will run on surface to avoid any damage to the RCC portion.

S& F in replacement of metal body exhaust fan heavy duty of size 300 mm sweep with new metallic body exhaust fan 300mm AC single phase 230 V 50 HZ with blades, frame ,louvers and other connected accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size and making arrngement to fix the exhaust fan with proper nut bolt all as specified and directed. Note:-The old U/S exhaust fan 300 mm sweep deposited to MES store yard in safe custody.

S&F in replacement submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type 1100V grade 2x6 sqmm complete drawn in new PVC concealed conduit and its accessories along with 1x6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type cable for continuous earth wire and duly connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED luminaire panel light 2' x 2', 35/36 watt 220 volt recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders and LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable sizee complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement factory made load line DB's double door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet with insulating materials like polyester epoxy coated surface mounting 4 way VTPN 415 volts, IP43 with suitable busbar, neutral link and earth link suitable for MCCB TP as incomer & MCB SP/TP as going out complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of remote controlled Ceiling fan complete with blades, down rods and all connected accessories operating at 230 V with 1200/ 1400 mm sweep. Minimum air delivery should be 210 CFM,rated 5 star with brushless direct curent (BLDC) motor, color as per site requirement. Making arrangement for hanging fans to ceiling with proper hook, nut, bolt with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:-The old U/S 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan to be deposited to MES store yard in safe custody.

S& F in replacement MCCB 3 pole 63 Amp, 415 volts, 16KA adjustable type including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc and connections complete all as specified and directed.
