M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface finished even and smooth using WPC liquid of approved make @ 0.200 ltr in 50 Kg of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

APP modified roof treatment over existing accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap over a layer of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm overbituminous primer before Laying of membrane. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Removing and cleaning of existing treatment / surface including any type or any size of plants and shrubs etc. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap over hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm overbituminous primer before Laying of membrane. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

M&L for precast cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 22mm thick with grey cement and pigment machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including cement mortar screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed with liquid water proofing compound and jointed pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quions ,arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean radius and using old size sub class 'B' bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete external surfaces of wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete internal surfaces of wall finished with using liquid Water proofing compound @ 200ml/50kg of cement even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note:- The WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for rendering or plastering work 10 to 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia / edging / ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections etc, including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of external wall and chajjas and making the surface smooth with sand paper and priming the surface with alkali resistance primer paint for external surface, over primed surface applying two coats of cement base paint including curing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or more coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489;2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surface complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment making the surface smooth and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished rough all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brusing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg per sqm complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors, (other than ground floors) beam staircases,landing chajjas and similar suspended work. of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition). complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in wall, RCC, PCC etc and making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, beam, chajja etc.; and cutting chases for re casting of RCC etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in chajjas, shelf complete (reinforcement to be measured separately). complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The reinforcement to be measured separately and paid separately under item of BOQ.

Use and waste of formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, throughs and similar items including edges complete all as specified & directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; n. exc. 200mm thick (Horizontal or slopping) and similar works rough finished surfaces of concrete complete.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

M&l mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs for gypsum ceiling board for ceiling prepainted, perforated finish, 600 x 600 x 4 to 6mm thick E-board of approved brand/make, laid over and including grid work of size 600 x 600mm, made out of 0.5mm thick G.I. tee 32 x 24mm for main, 25 x 24mm for cross tee and 20 x 20mm angle fixed on wall, powder coated finish on exposed faces of tee and angle. hung from ceiling using 2mm thick G.I. Suspension wires spaced at 1200 mm on main runners including making niches for fans/light at complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n.exc 500 Ltrs and setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc, and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cleaning repairing, etc. shall be measured & separetely).

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs and from mouths of circulating pipes etc

S&F rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litres three layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete including 20mm dia ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and dismantling of existing PVC tank of any capacity complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres three layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete including 20mm dia ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and dismantling of existing PVC tank of any capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of concrete by chiselling from RCC members like column, beam, parapet, facia, ceiling etc exposing the reinforcement without disturbing the reinforcement free from rust by sand blasting providing at places addl reinforcement welding with existing reinforcement as directed wherever required binding RCC 100mm x 100mm (10 gauge welded mesh) & tack welding & provision guniting pressure 2.2 to 2.5 Kg/Sqm with admixer 1 cement 3.5 of sand of thickness 25 to 40mm including stripping floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary form work & scaffolding up to four storey complete surface of guniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement and recron 3S as per manufacturer's instructions cleaning & removing of waste material etc as directed at site (rate to be included with Welded mesh & excluded addl reinforcement if required) Note:- Only steel scaffolding shall only be used for execution of this item and quoted rate is deemed to be included the said provision. .

M&L for plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).
