Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of electric motor driven monobloc water pump sets suitable for the under mentioned components, capacities and specifications:- a)      Pump:- 30-20 M³/HR at 20-35 Meter head capacity monoblock single or multi stage having CI casing, CI impeller,shaft sleeve of AISI 410, wearing rings of CI Impeller , bronze nuts, shaft of SS-410 directly coupled to motor. . b)       Motor:- Copper wound induction motor totally enclosed fan cooled type of 5 HP/3.7 KW for operation on 415V± 10% 50 Hz, 3 phase A.C. power supply conforming to IS: 325 and with B class insulation. c)      Base plate: - Fabricated from suitable structural M.S. channel as per manufacturer’s/JNU Engineer’s recommendations for mounting both pump and motor there on duly finished and painted with synthetic enamelled paint, Nut & bolts etc.for complete motor & pump set. d)    Foundation :-Suitable C.C. pump foundation as per manufacturer’s design anti vibration (cushy foot) heavy duty mounting pads of approved design duly finished with cement plaster etc. e)   Priming Arrangement : - Priming arrangement with suitable size of GI pipe , Union, Socket ,elbow etc. complete as required from discharge line to pump casing inlcuding dismataling of old existing pump sets ,GI pipes, valves,foundation etc complete as required.

Type of Rotor: - Aluminum Die cast. Ingress Protection: - IP68. Class of Insulation: - B. Type of Liquid: - Clear cold water. Specific gravity of Liquid to Handled: - 1. Head Range: - 14 to 28 Meters. Discharge Range: - 6.5 to 15 LPS (Liters Per Second) at 2900RPM (Revolution Per Minute) Material of Construction: - Motor Body: - Cast Iron (FG 200), Pump Casing – Cast Iron (FG 200), Impeller: - Cast Iron, Shaft: - Stainless Steel, Strainer: - Stainless Steel i/c dismantling of old pump complete as required i/c dismantling of existing monosubmerible pump at site and storing at site/ transporting to the store etc as required.
