The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last seven years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the value of work, with a total value of Rs 88 lacs. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the value of work, with a total value of Rs 01.09 Crores. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the value of work, with a total value of Rs 01.76 Crores. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 95% completed. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature and volume over the last seven years, with certificates from the concerned officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. As a prime contractor, the bidder should have completed works over the last five years, and as a sub-contractor, the bidder should have completed works over the last seven years. The bidder should provide information on the value of contracts, description of work, and dates of completion for the works performed as prime contractor and sub-contractor. The bidder should also provide information on their existing commitments and ongoing construction works, including the value of contracts, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed. The average annual financial turnover amount is Rs. 66 lacs.
