Supplying, installation, Testing and commissioning of continuously tapered multifaceted and polygonal cross section 16mtr high mast system hot dip(galvanized) with wind velocity as per IS 875 part-3 as per detailed specification attached with following Make Bajaj, Philips, G.E., Volmont,Consoul. a) 2 sections having suitable sectional length with slip joints between various sections without any circumpherial welding. b) Double drum winch with separate handle for manual operation of winch with a torgue limiting device for safe checking of carriage. c) Raising/lowering type lantern carriage designed to carry 9 Nos. luminaries control gear box, junction box and top pulley assembly with weather proof cover. d) Necessary suitable length for lowering and raising of lantern carriage of stainless steel wire ropes of 7/19 construction and with suitable size of multi core flexible copper power cable. e) Hinged service door in base section base plate earthing terminal. f) Complete with all other provisions for execution in the confirmation with detailed technical specifications. g) Lightening conductor final made of 25mm dia 300mm long G.I. tube having single prong. h) Integral single power tool (electrical) for lowering & raising of high mast. i) Anchor plate, templates, foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers etc. j) Wiring for luminaries from control panel with all wiring material.

Providing and laying the RCC foundation suitable for erection of 16mtr high mast as per manufacturers recommendation including excavation, casting of foundation anchor plate, templates and foundation bolt manufacturer from special steel along with nuts, washers etc. R.C.C. work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement” 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with material, labour and reinforcement with size of footing 2.10x2.10x0.20m laid over 1:4:8(1 cement:4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and foundation pedestal of size 0.90x0.90x2.00m or as per approved drawing complete as required.

Providing and fixing of 150 watt LED flood light (IP66) with aluminium housing and heavy heat sink, including toughned glass (Havells, Bajaj, Crompton).
