Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in RE WALL trenches (not exceeding 4.5 m in width for RE Wall including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supply of earth at site including excavation, royalty, loading, unloading and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonne and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions including carriage of earth by mechanical transport with all leads and lift. All kinds of soil.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Materialconforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, .

Metal beam crash barrier "W": Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail,70 cm above road/ground level,fixed on ISMC Series vertical post,150x75x5 mm spaced 2m c/c,1.8m below ground/ road level,all steel parts andfitments to begalvanised by hot dip process,allfitting to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical postwith a spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm,330 mm long.

Fixing of RE Walls with Panels Facing, consisting of scopes of providing design & drawings and technical assistance in obtaining it's approval; pre-casting, transportation & erection of facia panels and laying and fixing of soil reinforcing materials and accessories with all men, material, moulds & machineries; and providing supervision throughout during pre-casting of panels and construction of RE walls, all complete strictly, as per approved design and drawings and to the satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On WBM & WMM surface @ 0.75 Kg / sqm.

Providing and laying Dense bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.0% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying 100mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe. Glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and laying cement concrete pavement of M-10 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant of reputed cement manufacture and transported to the site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mixed design of M-10 grade of cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site. Placing in required camber compulsory with plate / screed vibrator, with wire brush etc. and curing including cost admixture in recommended proportions as per I.S. 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge Note : 1) Less cement used than specified in this item is recoverable separately. M-10 grade plain cement concrete by using 220Kg of cement per cum of concrete.

Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade By using minimum 400kg of cement(43 grade, OPC) per cum of concrete in roads / streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of admixture in recommended proportion as per IS9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete to improve workability with out impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibratos, leveling to required slope & camber, finishing by floating & brooming with wire brushes etc. and curing. Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 400 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable separately.M-30 RMC by using minimum cement @400 kg/cum. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer.
