The required prior work experience for the bidder includes consideration of past work experience in a specific institution. A certificate of work experience is also required to be submitted as part of the technical bid. The bidder should have completed satisfactorily one similar work of value not less than Rs. 3,52,31,000/- or two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 2,64,24,000/- or three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 1,76,16,000/- during the last 7 years. For eligibility, the criteria are: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 4,40,38,481/-. Thus, the required values for similar works are: - 40% of Rs. 4,40,38,481/- = Rs. 1,76,15,392.40, rounded to the nearest Rs. 1000/- as Rs. 1,76,15,000 - 60% of Rs. 4,40,38,481/- = Rs. 2,64,23,088.60, rounded to the nearest Rs. 1000/- as Rs. 2,64,23,000 - 80% of Rs. 4,40,38,481/- = Rs. 3,52,30,784.80, rounded to the nearest Rs. 1000/- as Rs. 3,52,31,000 Completion certificates issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of similar works completed by the Agency are required. The value of executed work shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of 7% per annum.
