The bid capacity required to bid can be determined by the following conditions: i) Firms/Contractors must have completed satisfactorily one similar work of value not less than Rs. 2,19,90,000/- ii) or Two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 1,64,92,000/- iii) or three similar works each of value not less than Rs 1,09,95,000/- during last 7 years ending on the previous day of last day of submission of bids. These conditions imply that the bidder should have experience in similar works with a minimum value as specified above. So, the bid capacity required can be calculated using the following formulas: 1. One similar work: Value >= Rs. 2,19,90,000/- 2. Two similar works: (Value of work 1 + Value of work 2) >= 2 * Rs. 1,64,92,000/- 3. Three similar works: (Value of work 1 + Value of work 2 + Value of work 3) >= 3 * Rs 1,09,95,000/- Additionally, the bid capacity required in terms of financial commitments includes: - Earnest Money: Rs. 5,49,733 /- - Performance Guarantee: Rs. 13,74,331 /- - Security Deposit: Rs. 6,87,165 /-
