The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The specific requirements are: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 12000000; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 15000000; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 24000000. Additionally, the bidder should have provided similar policy to at least two PSUs with more than 500 employees in the last five years and covered at least 20,000 lives per year in the last five financial years. The bidder must also have a Claim settlement Ratio of not less than 98% in the preceding two years and be an Indian origin engaged in Life Insurance business for a minimum of 15 years.
