The bidder should have prior work experience in similar works. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual executed value of work at a simple interest rate of 7% per annum. Works executed in India are considered, while foreign work requires a completion certificate certified by the concerned embassy in India. Specific requirements for similar works include: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender * Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, executed with the RCC Framed Structure Building (B+G+10 storey) in EPC mode during the last 7 years. The bidder should also have executed at least one project with GRIHA 4 Star Rating or equivalent LEED Gold certificate, and at least one work of structural steel building like Convention Centre/ Exhibition Complex, Office Building having 4000 MT Structural Steel work with some Central/ State Government Departments (or) Public Sector Undertakings.
