The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The bidder must have completed similar services with specific cost criteria: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 40000000, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 50000000, 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 80000000. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for 3 years should be 500 Lakh. However, MSE and Startup companies are exempt from the experience and turnover criteria. The bidder should have experience providing similar services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU, with the experience ending on the month of March prior to the bid opening. Copies of relevant contracts/orders need to be uploaded along with the bid in support of having provided services during each of the financial years.
