The eligibility requirements for the tender include:
1. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have implemented all the components of the proposed EMS tools in the last five years in a Public/Private Sector Bank having a minimum of 1000 branches in India and presently under support. The components include:
* Server Management
* Network Management
* Helpdesk & ITSM
* IT Asset Inventory Management
2. Past Performance: The bidder should have a positive experience of implementing the proposed EMS tools in a similar setup.
3. Technical Certification: The bidder is required to submit proof of implementation with details of modules along with Purchase Orders/e-mail/letter from the user organization mentioning successful implementation/migration and currently in production.
4. OEM Certification: The bidder should be either an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of EMS Suite or an authorized partner of OEM. In case the bidder is an authorized partner of the OEM, the bidder needs to provide a Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) from the OEM.
5. Integrity Pact: The bidder has to submit an Integrity Pact (IP) signed by an authorized signatory in the prescribed format.
6. Class and Country of Origin: The OEM needs to specify their Class and country of Origin of the quoted product as per the Make in India Guidelines.
7. Local Content Certificate: The bidder needs to submit a Certificate as per Annexure XII – Certificate of Local Content.
The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are:
