The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works. For a joint venture (JV)/Consortium, the substantial partner should have experience of executing at least one similar work of value Rs. 132.84 lakhs or more. The work experience should be in the last 5 years. The tenderers will be qualified only if they have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works of which falling during last five years ending last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission as given below. (i) At least one “similar work” of value of Rs.265.68 lakh or more OR (ii) At least two “similar works” each of value of Rs.166.05 lakh or more OR (iii) At least three “similar works” each of value of Rs.132.84 lakh or more In case of a composite work, the value of the successfully completed or substantially completed portion of similar work (up to 80% or more) will be considered for qualification. Each substantial partner in the JV/Consortium shall have experience of executing at least one “similar work” of value of Rs. 132.84 lakhs or more in the last 05 years. Each non-substantial partner should have a minimum of 20% participation in the JV/Consortium and must have experience of executing at least one Telecom work of minimum value of Rs. 66.42 lakhs in the last 05 years. The bidder should have experience in executing at least one Telecom work valued at a minimum 20% of the NIT value within the last 05 years. However, in the case of a joint venture (JV)/Consortium comprising a parent company and its wholly owned subsidiary(ies), the wholly owned subsidiary(ies) are not required to have this experience. The percentage of participation for a substantial partner is 26% or more, and for a non-substantial partner, it is 20%. The value of similar work is Rs. 132.84 lakhs or more, and the percentage of completion for substantial completion is 80% or more.
